Public transport was easily accessible. Cleaning staff were kind.

Some of the customers are very odd …? Mental health issues .making noise and mess until 1am then complaining about you… started to record stuff as I started to feel uncomfortable

It is nice that the hostel is close to the main road and it is easy to find. not far from local restaurants and shop. It is secure and safe.

I think that guests should have a little area where they can use a microwave. That will be very helpful. Better towels on sale and maybe paper plates to help guests who sometimes want to eat their own dinner.

Room was clean and spacious with sockets at close reach to beds. Location was easy to find and close to bus-stops, stores and restaurants.

That the lift was no longer in use although I had the staff help with my luggage.

Staff are not responsive at all to maintenance issues. We stayed for a week, paid extra for a double room with an ensuite (room 333). Day 1, realised that the shower was cold. Brought this up to front desk immediately and was told it would be dealt with that afternoon. Nothing was done about it over the course of our stay which is disappointing, but what is worse is that we saw another review from someone who had stayed in that room a week earlier and reported the same problem!!They knew that the shower wasn’t working, didn’t fix it and gave us the room anyway. That was really quite annoying.

Size of the room was good, bathroom was good, everything perfect for 2 people. TV had a good selection of channels. Warm inside the room and bathroom had a heated floor! Downstairs bar was very good, not many choices, but good prices and good offers!

The wifi didn't work in our room, we suspected we were too far from the router to work in our room, sadly. We were worried about our safety as our windows were to the street and could easily be opened, we had to lock them by ourselves, but still we were worried to go to sleep. When we tried, there was a really loud resident in the hotel, walking around talking in full volume on the phone, and the person at the other end of the phone was also on full volume. We had to talk to her to get her away. Not really the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind.

Nothing good came out staying...

THERE IS NO LIFT! People traveling with big bags be warned. The property is understaffed and the staff they have or are incompetent or could care less. The customers they attract also give some very sketchy vibe.

Was located in a rough area but had gates to keep out anyone not staying. was generally pretty clean. wifi was good but finding the password was a bit confusing.

There was no curtains on the beds meaning i couldnt use the wall mounted lamp without shinning it directly in the eyes of the person opposite

The room is ok.But the Co room mates are not good.they started fighting all night and they are fully boozed

Modern furnishings, very clean room, comfortable fragrant bed, lamp and sockets by the bed. Breakfast was ordinary; there were no teaspoons, but that's just a detail. Strategic location on the route of several buses heading to the centre. Very easily accessible, about 40 minutes walk to the centre.

Excellent location. Clean, nice bathroom, good breakfast, kind staff.

The bed was comfy, the shower and toilet were new and clean

The toilet cistern had a problem meaning that it dropped constantly, which kept me awake. Also the room was on the ground floor facing a busy street area where people where drinking and shouting until about 1am, very noisy area. The windows are single glazed so you can hear everything. Also the cleaner tried to get me to leave at 10.20am and pulled a face when I told her I was checking out at 11am (which is the checkout time for everyone)

The beds were very uncomfortable but overall my stay was okay. I’m still waiting on the refund for my prior canceled boo

Everything was as I expected for the price I paid for.

I think my data was leaked as one day before the stay I received a WhatsApp message asking to put my bank details to secure the booking even that I already paid at booking.com

Excellent location, friendly staff especially Salifu and Suhas who were very helpful

My stay at the hostel was comfortable, affordable, and well-located for exploring the city. I especially want to mention that the Salifu and A.K. at the reception, they were particularly nice, friendly, and helpful, which made my visit.

The downstairs toilets and bins were overflowing.

Price was good. Things were clean.

It is only thin sheets on the beds and it felt like I could still smell the sweat of summer lodgers. Towels come with a fee Sometimes no hand soap in bathroom. Shower is the kind you have to continuously push to be on. I only had a 3-night stay and was made to switch rooms on my last night to accommodate other lodgers with no help to move my belongings. No early check-in possible so you will see people hanging out for hours in the lobby.
