So loud it is impossible to sleep until after 1am. No way to cool down room.

Uncomfortable bed, room above the bar and smoke of cigarette was coming to the room, very noisy till at least 2am.

all is perfect, specially the atmosphere of the whole building from this business. I would like to inform also for the future clients that the hotel respect the guests so the pub close 2am strictly...so after that all is in silence. sleep in tide.Thank you guys...all starts from the good Management from the Ceo to GM.

Only one think...if you can upgrade the kitchen with a Microwave like the St. Christopher Victoria's Victoria will be perfect. Also the host-hotel provide for the guests fresh water for the night ours and daily cups tea and coffee, spoons forks etc.

No way to dry your hands in the bathroom, would need to bring your shower towel with you every time.

Cold shower, there where 2 guys in my supposedly women's only room, really loud music you feel the bass while you want to sleep

Everythis was just prefect, neat and clean space. Bedsheets were clean, toilets were super clean.

Well, the only problem was they does not tell you about the loud voices of people from the bar at night until you booked. I was up until 2AM. And when i tried to sleep a drunked man came in the room and disturbed everyone and start eating by creating weired noises with Lights Onn.

Beds were comfy. Often changed linen. Love that they every time left a water bottle for me.

They should have a chill room, where you can sit in quite or microwave some food. Like they have it in Greenwich.

Very good location, easy to move around city with tube. Lots of sightseeing just around the corner. Borough Market just a few minutes walk with all delicious food! Good atmosphere, nice to have live music.

One of the toilets door lock was bad and still not replaced and water dropping on the floor of the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room freshly laundered good quality bed linen.Breakfast plentiful and decent quality ground coffee - good value for money.

The kettle in the shared area was pretty dangerous to use - either needs to be replaced or clear instructions as to how to use as someone could end up scalded. Could have done with more regular top ups of water and some containers of milk for tea. Paper cups and some teaspoons would also be good.

Staff were nice on check in. The bar was livley.

Right above the pub which didn’t shut until 3am, don’t expect to get any sleep. It’s literally like sleeping in the pub

I met vast people and travellers from all walks of life. They all appreciated my magic. The live music and staff was excellent.

Music from the pub downstairs made it so u couldn't sleep until 3 am every night, toilets didn't have toilet seats or a sign on the outside saying occupied, shower too small no space to put things, bad culture non of the guests were friendly because they all were having a shit stay, no area to relax and talk to other travellers just a pub full of annoying British cuns

Very nice staff, the shower had nice pressure and there was enough space, many bathrooms so you can always find something vacant, sockets close to the bed, big cages for luggage under beds, discounted delicious food in the pub :D

It was really noisy in the night, which is to be expected over a pub, but well, not ideal if you're a light sleeper or easily overstimulated.I also didn't particularly like that you have to install an app on your phone to get a key to the hostel and your room, but I suppose that's preference.

St Christphers has an excellent historical basis of which The Shard has used some characteristics in its architecture. Underneath the windows, there are sloping ledges which represent the common who should have been used to support openings, broadly. The gap in the Architecture was typical of rivermen. And supposedly Sf Christpher would gave used tge hospice of the alleyway zone to "meet" i coming "merchants".The breakfast is very good as is the hospitality. The pub is popular and the location, near the river, very interesting .

Very noisy, most of the noise comes from the hostel bar! If you want to keep the bar, please invest in soundproof windows.The night guard was also disrespectful and quite rude when we tried to enter the hostel from the bar side. He asked for the booking receipt, which is totally fine, but the way he did it made us feel like we were staying at his place, not a hostel.
