Slightly picky, eggs at brekkie, only option was hard boiled surely scrambled could be achieved especially as sausages and bacon were being cooked.

Location was great, the room was well equipped.

We arrived at midnight, so went straight to bed. The room was cold , so we had aircon on to warm up. Morning was very cold again, and noise outside. We opened the curtains to find that the windows were open! As the curtains were closed when we arrived we didn’t notice! I’m guessing the cleaner opened them?

The property was within walking distance of LondonBridge station.It was an exceptionally clean room and the kitchen area was very well equipped.Bed was comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the choice and quality of the breakfast was excellent

Perfect for our needs, good location, kitchenette was perfect, breakfast delicious and staff really helpful and friendly.

Room was great, well appointed and was well looked after by guest services.

Sometimes the wait for a breakfast table was a bit long. Maybe having 3 large tables and 3 booths with only 2 people on each is not the best use of limited space in dining area. Suggest replacing them with small tables that will be more adaptable for larger families also.

The hotel has a convenient location – 10-minute-walk to Tower Bridge, or 7-minute-walk to London Bridge Station where the tube and train services operate on a frequent basis. The hotel staff were very nice, kind, and helpful and they did their best to make us feel welcome in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and there was always enough to choose from. Moreover, the hot meals were changed every day. The room was cosy, clean, and well-equipped.

There were only two downsides of the accommodation:The first one would be that the breakfast bar does not have enough tables and does not accommodate a large number of guests at the same time. So be prepared to wait a few minutes to be seated if you go for breakfast after 9.00, at which time the bar is at its busiest.The second one would be that when we entered our room for the first time it was quite cold in there. It took some time for it to heat up.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Room was quite small but still a decent size!

Everything was very good overall. The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and always willing to help. During breakfast, the ladies working there were incredibly kind and friendly — a big thank you to them! They really made my breakfasts even more enjoyable.

On the last day of my stay, however, the music during breakfast was quite unusual. It sounded like some kind of rock music

The staff is amazing , super helpful and super nice . Big shout out to Tyron , Bianca & Anna.Also the facilities Bulgaria maintenance ma was of great help. The room was amazing , area is great and near for all transportation and restaurants. Super safe area to walk in at night

Cleaning of rooms could be done better Just that it was a bit dusty and you have to call for deep cleaning .The dryer in laundry room steams the clothes rather than actually drying

Loved how affordable it is, very clean and the location was excellent as it was close to everything we wanted to see. We also got complimentary breakfast and that literally saved us so much money, and the food was excellent.

There was nothing to dislike.

the corridors were freezing cold, the room was not cleaned properly, the breakfast dining area was too small, the credit card payment system was broken, the cleaning trolley was PARKED at the lift entrance

Hotel was well maintained & was in a good location, plenty of bars & restaurants nearby.

It was a bit further out than the website suggested. Good transport links at London Bridge though.

The staff was great with us. We were greeted to the hotel with home made cookies, still warm. The room was clean, the facilities were great, breakfast was very nice as well and all the staff we had contact with were absolutely amazing with us. We had a lovely experience

The residence is very comfortable. Everything clean. The position is perfect, near london bridge and underground station. Borough market is also situated not far.Ana and Bianca from the staff are amazing, always super kind and charming. My experience in the residence has been a pleasure. I will come back for sure.

Mini apartment setup was brilliant, bedding and towels clean and comfy, breakfast was good but need more seating. Otherwise all facilities great

The studio flat was actually 2 connected rooms so great space. Bed and sofa very comfortable

Great location, spotlessly clean , quiet and comfortable . Lovely staff . Excellent complimentary breakfast. Brilliantly situated for Tower Bridge and Tower of London and The Bridge Theatre

The air conditioning in our unit was rather noisy and the beds were very close to the sliding door into the bathroom.

The room was lovely, we had a little kitchenette, it even had a dish washer!

It was a. 10 minute walk from the nearest underground. (Which is nothing to some people!)
