- Good location, close enough to London but still out in the country. Good train ride in to the city. Comfortable rooms and beds.

- We came to the Shepperton and found that the hotel was not at all up to cleanliness standards. We had saw blood on the toilet, what looked to have throw up on the floor and a weird black substance on my husbands pillow.
- The worst experience booking a hotel. I'd never recommended it. It's failure!!

The physical facility was OK. The room was clean.
The location is HORRIFIC! Unless your visit is centered around the Marina next door, it would be a HUGE MISTAKE to stay at this hotel. It is VERY DIFFICULT AND VERY EXPENSIVE to get to London! Very unfair to include this hotel in a list of hotels in Londo
