Pros +

An affordable clean hotel-style room with a sink, and access to a clean shared toilet. I'm pleasantly surprised by the hotel room, especially since it's not particularly stunning from the outside. Good customer service too!
It was 10 minutes walk from the friends I was to visit.

Cons -

Nothing in particular. You get what you paid for and I'm happy with my experience.
Not that I did not like it but it would have been an advantage if the person who received me had explained how to trun on the shower. Never seen a shower like that. Got help from other guests.
