The Tower Arms Hotel

Close to the station, nice room and had a little courtyard to sit in. Food was very nice as well.

Empty the cigarette butts from the ashtray in the courtyard.

from arriving until check out the staff and hotel were wonderful. I was offered help in with my bags, assistance to my room with wifi password provided. I was shown where I could eat on site and offered assistance to local area restaurants if wanted.

Great little hotel connected to a great little pub in a very convenient location. Can highly recommend.

Great location with easy access to Heathrow Airport. The attached pub was a great feature and the food was great, staff was friendly. Good morning breakfast as well

Rooms are a bit small but had no affect on the stay.

Was good, only no biscuits in the room these time which disappointed mum. Stayed for two nights cleaned our room on the 2nd day which turned out they just made the beds.No clean towels or anything. Had to go down and ask for towels which when you pay over £260 for two nights is annoying.

Room was a bit small husband kept hitting his head on tv as there was not a lot of room from bottom of the bed to the bathroom

One night stay to catch flight was very pleasant.

The TV in one of the rooms turned itself on a few times completely randomly in the night!

Staff helpful and friendly, room clean, breakfast good,easy to park and short walk to the Elizabeth line.

The beds not comfy and keep banging your leg on the frame and in the twin room not much space and could do with a bigger bin as only one in the bathroom.

Very warm welcome when I arrived. Quick check in and helpful. Enjoyed a lovely bar meal as well.

Room very small. Bathroom needs a shelf. Broken lampshades. (Obvious care to make room comfortable ) needs better pillows or at least 2 per bed.

Good hotel, 20 minutes from LHRBeds were fine, bathroom was clean. Nothing to complain about

The hotel was nice inside and staff friendly.The room was well presented as picture shows, clean and walk in shower looked good. Plenty of tea/coffee, toiletries and a bottle of water each.

Beds were hard and decorative cushions but only one pillow. Small room and a stand with a few mismatched hangers over the kettle so had to move kettle to the floor.Site said overlooking garden when in fact it's right next to busy pub garden. 2 guests were literally next to our window on ground floor till closing so we had to draw curtains early and couldn't open window (so hot!) Still could hear whole conversation and like we we lying right next to them so couldn't sleep.After bad night sleep, thought take a lovely shower. This was held together with plastic ties. Called reception and she cut with scissors. Shower head did not stay in place so had to try and rinse myself holding it. Was not nice.Breakfast was a few boxes of cereal, a few tubs of yoghurt and a bowl of apples.The cooked was OK but beans were dried up. Eggs and bacon was nice.

Location was very good for what we wanted .Pub was very nice and food very good value for money.

Bedroom very small i would call it a box room.It was very hot had to take lamp off bedside table to put fan on and put lamp on floor as no where to put it.Would not say the balcony was a proper balcony it was double doors that you opened then glass in front view was of the roof covering beer garden.

Stayed in the Cottage Room 16, very nice deco and spacious.

Our flight from Heathrow was cancelled and we booked this hotel because the website said it’s 3 miles away. Couple taxi drivers refused to take us there and then when we got a ride, it took about 30 minutes and we paid €45. The room was outside the main building and we needed to cross the backyard area to get to it.
