Delta Hotels Bexleyheath

I am giving a poor overall rating because the whole experience of staying at a hotel was totally ruined. From the check-in long wait /bad incompetent customer service by staff/ inconsiderate attitude/ choice of room options, nothing good to say.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in London

There is nothing not to like very clean Staff are friendly and helpful

Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was very spacious 44m sq. Good size bathroom was more like a suite:)

The bathroom was outdated but functional. The tv was not streaming tv.

Comfortable beds, quiet.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely, chef even comes out to do a walk around checking guests are happy. Very welcoming feeling.

I like the convenient location it's central to every were i need to be

It's clean smart and quiet i did receive a complimentary upgrade of my room,a complimentary breakfast would have made it out standing

Staff were professional and helpful.

The tap in the bathroom had scales and could do more with cleaning.

The room was big ,and looks confirtible.Staff very lovely

The bathroom was dirty, the mirror was not properly polished and had visible cleaning streaks, and the taps were not shined. The tables were not wiped properly, and there was rubbish under the bed that had not been cleaned. The beds should be made more neatly and the pillows arranged nicely. The glasses were not polished. Much more attention needs to be paid to dusting and overall bed presentation. The supervisor is not doing their job properly if rooms and bathrooms are left in this condition.And one more think BATHROBES should be CLEAN ,white ,and free of yellows spots ,as stains make tham look unwashed!

Breakfast was the best after I worked out how to get the strongest coffee out of the machine.

Rooms without stand alone showers. Have you done any studies on how many actually take a bath. I image most simply shower. So, your very high bathtub with no bar to hang onto when climbing into it to take a shower was not comfortable for me. Also bath tub surface was slippery. Not good for safety.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the room exceeded my expectations, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is nicely decorated, I will definately be staying at this hotel again

Well placed for the town. Huge room, actually a suite, well furnished, comfortable bed , tea facilities, very clean and quiet. Great breakfast.

Parking charge but guess hotel residents wouldn’t be able to park.

I left an item behind when I checked out. I telephoned later in the day and arranged collection a week later - fantastic customer service!

The lobby was really lovely and welcoming and it was centrally located

The rooms are pretty dated compared to downstairs and a little cold. I think the seal might have been broken on our balcony door. Is there quite a lot of Aaron noise and the bathroom had quite bad limescale/dirt buildup which I wouldn’t have expected for a Marriott.

Welcoming, spotlessly clean, communal areas modern and comfortable. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Connecting to the WiFi was hard work. I don’t want to be filling in forms for membership. I just want to connect with the network please.
