The best feature is access to the beach and the gold court.

The rooms get very hot and there is no AC. It will be very difficult to sleep on a sunny day. For the price point I expect that the hotel do better to make the rooms more pleasant. Also, more vegetarian meal options in the restaurant will be good.

The staff members were very welcoming, helpful, and incredibly kind—a highly experienced team. The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Good location only a short walk to the beach and at the far side of the town so very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. The view from my rooms window was onto the sea which was was great

I got very little sleep the last night as it was very windy and the window banged in the frame all night really loud. Also the shower head didnt adjust except for going up and down so showers were not brilliant

The staff could not have been nicer. From James the concierge to the front desk to the servers, everyone was there to help.

Staff is mixed - some are great but others ill informed. Service in bar was a snail's pace - even though not busy.

The location was amazing as I was golfing the West links course. But I loved that every room had been decorated lovely and uniquely. The staff have been very friendly and helpful and the spa was a treat, especially after a wonderful day on the links.

The beautiful lobby and amazing rooms, the snooker table, the restaurants, the putting green, and of course the spa.

Gloomy interior, tiny room and bathroom (over priced). Wait staff were slow and disorganized. Just no energy to the place.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we made use of pretty much every included amenity offered. The included breakfast was wonderful, the grounds and interiors were breathtaking, and the sea offered a wonderful cold plunge for those brave enough :-) We also thoroughly enjoyed the hydro-suite in the spa. A wonderful experience all around.

The only thing I would have changed is the room got very warm, as the window only opened a crack. They provided a fan, which we used and appreciated, but it was still pretty stuffy. It was plenty cool outside, but would have been brutal in warmer months.

Stunning location and excellent spa and restaurant. I loved everything about this place and the staff were friendly welcoming and super helpful.

The hotel needs to review its bar and kitchen organizations. Perhaps more staff. In the lounges, it was always a wait for both a server, and then the drink. Similar for breakfast. Worth waiting for, though.

The hotel was stunning, and the sea views from the lounge/dining areas exceptional! My daughters and I stayed in the double double room, which was perfect for a family with lots of space and generous sized beds. We all enjoyed the spa facilities and treatments, with staff contacting us well ahead of time to make sure we were prepared to get the most from our experience. The high street and Seabird Centre were just a 10-minute walk away and the beach just a few minutes. Parking was just across the road from the hotel with plenty of spaces. I would also recommend the Sunday lunch.
