Convinient stop @ a reasonable price the cleanleness of the room could have been better as the edges were missed in many places but you get what you pay for, The member of staff on duty was plesant & helpful, Will morethan likely stop again as my job require me to stop en route some where quite often, I hope they take heed of this feedback & clean round furniture & edges better, We can all run a hoover through the larger areas, Oh & the window catch was broken which made the window not close properly letting in M25 constant noise
As above
It is a no frills hotel, perfect for a short stay. Exceptional value for money
Sound proofing could of been better.
New, comfy rooms, well kept, clean and well maintained especially the bathrooms which isn’t always the case. Warm, comfy bed and pleasant staff
My elderly mother in law lives in a fare home in South London, and it is a minimum ofn8hpurs round trip to visit her. The cheap bit comfortable accommodation at these services make it easier and affordable to visit more frequently. We drive down the day before stay here, then it is only an hour drive the next day and we drive home after the visit. It would cost us £150+ without parking to stay closer to her
There was a big bleach stain on the carpet. But in all honesty at the price we paid, we don't care as everything else was lean and comfortable.
The staff members were very friendlyMy room was upgraded due to a cleaning oversight, so it was bigger than booked or expected. Member of staff was mortified that I walked into a dirty, unprepared room & quickly moved me into another room.Shower was amazing
Booked a room, travelling with my dog & my original & replacement room were on the 1st floor, with no lift, so lots of going up & down stairs! 1st room hadn't been cleaned.
Location was good good value for money
Second bed (sofa bed) was very uncomfortable
Warm, friendly, cheap, lovely shower in bath
Weird smell which I can only assume was damp on a part of the carpet, only stayed 2 nights so wasn’t really bothered by it because everything else was lovely
Clean and good-sized room. Friendly reception. Basic but great value for a motorway stop
Like that the room was warm when I got there. Clean tea coffee. No problem. Towels on the bed. Lovely
Didn't like to c curtains curtains flake l hanging off the ceiling when he flushed the toilet. The toilet box come up and lampshade's got a hole in. Had to get someone to come in and repair the light but it wasn't working in my room. There was a door as well that went into next door's room which I opened which no one told me about. I thought it was another exit of my room but let did. I know it was next door's room. I only paid 40 lb for the room but it's not about the money. What is about is that the hotel is pretty run down in a bad way. Oh I'm looking for is my money back. I'm not a scam artist. I'd travel around all of Norfolk Yorkshire this Manchester live pool everywhere using Days inn and this is the worstest one I've ever had. Thank you Andrew
Comfy and soundproof
A bit cold in the room
Location, quite convenient to travel to Gatwick, in a service station with plenty of restaurants. Great communication from hotel staff to get there from the "wrong approach" of the M25
No wi fi not working rooms ok bathroom a bit tired tea facilities good bed comfortable plenty towels and spare pillows for the price I booked early good price it tick the boxes parking plenty of spaces ok for my journey good nite sleep 8/ 10
Nothing really bath a awkward getting in and out I would put walk in shower for safety reasons everything else ok thanks
Staff member at reception was friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size and quiet.
Hotel could do with investment, communal areas looking tired.
Its easy, convenient, quiet. Its not fancy but it does the job.
Cheap rooms, clean. The bed was very comfortable.
WiFi wasn’t working.Hair dryer didn’t work.
Spacious room Comfortable bedGreat customer service at the receptionTea coffee milk kettle available TV
Bit dated decoration and carpet Not enough plugs
Staff on duty was very helpful, and tried his best to resolve the problem.
The room I booked was advertised as a double room, with a sofa bed, AND a pull out bed. There was no pull out bed. My wife and baby twins shared the double bed. My 9 year old step daughter had the sofa bed, I had to sleep on the floor. Facilities were not as advertised
