Great being above a pub! Easy check in and out. Clean room. Good shower. Comfy bed. Check out 11am not 10am!!!

The staff is really friendly, also you will get a discount for the restaurant. The room had a kettle, you can have tea and cookies :) The bed is comfy and the place is easy to reach by public transportation

Well, the area is a little noise during the night, I didn't have any problem because I sleep like a log but I know people who will be annoyed by the outside sound. The hotel try to help by providing earplugs for sleeping.

Clean staff amazing and friendly been couple of times so staff knew me nothing too much for them always happy to help

The location and close to transport and able to get my meals downstairs Bonus I got the same room I liked from the previous time

I've booked mccaffertys several times almost everytime I come to seven kings to see family. It's cheap. I thought I'd always come back. Unfortunately it's gone downhill. Room was shabby. Shower no pressure. Towels have seen better days. Duvet smelt even though the so called clean sheets.Carpet stained and stickyIf I enjoy the hotel we stay in and it's a pleasant experience I would always write a good review This will be our last time staying here.Not a good experience ?

Bed was comfy spacious..room came with a sofa bed. The Room was located at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet.

The entrance stairs are quite steep.There is quite a bit of external noise from the trains passing by.The breakfast menu is quite limited

Loud music from the below bar, it finally turned off a 2am and I had work at 5:30am. This was not told upon booking. At 5am I was woken but the sound off rats outside the window running about so all in all no sleep really!!I didn’t want to stay the second night, the host wouldn’t answer the messages or phone, booking.com have been trying also. That’s plane rude, very poor customer service I wouldn’t stay here again,

Sound proof it’s bad

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this was for such a low price. Lovely cosy room, nicely decorated and reasonably clean. The bar downstairs was very busy and quite loud on arrival, however I couldn’t hear it at all from my room which was just above.

There was a lot of noise from rooms along the corridor and upstairs but didn’t go on late. Some minor issues in the room like bins weren’t emptied from last guests but for the price paid it far exceeded my expectations.

Really welcoming staff. I arrived late which was no problem at all. The room was nice and clean all the staff I spoke to were very nice.

The stairs are steep but that is made clear when you book. I also felt the water pressure in shower quite poor. This was only a very small thing which would definitely not stop me rebooking

Room was spacious and well equipped and happy that it included a travel cot for our young daughter the room included air conditioning which helped against sometimes the room getting hot , free parking opposite was great

Very minor point was that the only mirror was located in the bathroom and no plug socket near so drying hair / styling hair was not as easy

Good location. Lovely resturant. Good food. Value for money.

Rooms are lovely clean , restaurant staff very friendly, nice atmosphere.Enjoyed my stay.:)
