The apartment was lovely and having the train station right around the corner was helpful.

Battersea Road which runs adjacent to the apartments is a heavily used road, even during the wee hours of the morning. Being on the first floor meant we were able to hear the traffic noise quite readily and this did affect our ability to sleep.

Nice apartments, nothing special, but quite good.

Kitchen equipment is a bit poor, I would like to have a few more cooking accessories.I also didn't like that they asked for a deposit from my card.

Close to public transport (bus and train), many eateries nearby, several supermarkets in the vicinity. Secure and quiet, lots of amenities.

No WiFi (broke the day we arrived and wasn't fixed until we left), TV aerial was broken so TV was a decorative piece, floor was dirty (socks or slippers required to walk around), staff let themselves into the apartment at least twice with no warming before or after- no clue why they were in there, could tell from the sensor in the roof (yellow cord out, then in a casing), no cleaning supplied (dustpan and broom)

The location was good and close to the train station.

The floor of the room was not so cleanthe sofa bed was terrible and not useable at allThe boiler was noisy

Disappointing Experience - Misleading Photos and Poor Customer ServiceWe booked the penthouse through Booking.com, expecting it to match the photos provided. Unfortunately, the actual penthouse looked completely different from the single photo shown on the website. The entire apartment is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, which causes the space to become extremely hot. While there is air conditioning, it takes a long time to cool down the apartment, and the excessive sunlight is not well managed by the curtains, which are insufficient at blocking the light.When we requested a solution, we were offered a room change for the next two nights. We agreed, but the property manager refused to allow the switch because it would require cleaning an additional room, and instead offered only fans. They also refused to cancel our reservation.As a result, we were forced to stay in this uncomfortable apartment for three nights without any consideration or compensation.

Perfect location and amazing views and space was calming clean and relaxing

Excellent location close to Battersea Park and River Thames. Mini Waitrose and Tesco, with M & S Foodhall in the redeveloped Battersea Power Station a little further away. Good bus stops nearby, and tube connection at Battersea Power Station. Our apartment was spacious and had all the appliances needed. However, WiFi reception was poor, and did not work for last 8 days of our stay. This also meant no TV. Staff sad the owners were trying to get supplier to fix.

I didn't get to stay!...

I was unable to gain access to the property as I was unable to check in until 10pm after being held up by train cancellations etc. I had to book alternative accommodation at the last minute as a result. To have no contingency plan after 8pm is poor service.

The location was perfect for a stay in London.

Floor boards speak every time someone moves around the apartment, which is annoying if trying to sleep. Also, the screws that tried to fix it protrude and can be dangerous. The couch needs to be replaced. Very noisy with outside traffic.

The location, the size of the apartment and ease of access to public transport even distance from places of interest and night/day entertainment were all perfect.

The place just need a little basic maintenance which did not really bother our short stay but could be improved to keep the place at the highest standard

The smell in the bedrooms was uncomfortable, the dran sound which I recorded, it was very disturbing, the neighbours upstairs were noisy

Nice staff at reception who’s is an expert in gaining the property guests.

We lose at around 8pm the Wi-Fi facility and could not get support to sort it out.

Location was so close to the underground! Large comfy beds!!Aircon in the rooms was a HUGE win! Great that they let us leave bags before check in

More balcony furniture would be ideal.Larger towels would be nice, they don’t wrap around your body!

Rubbish

The Suite was okay and clean part from the floor that it was damage in some places. For anyone who want to take a night in this hotel .. be prepared to find a car park first to keep your car in it because they don't let you park in their car parkWhich it's something really ridiculous .And the staff their they can't be trusted at all When I went there every single minute they say something new .. When I went to do the check in they asked me for holding deposit which it was a surprise for me coz i already paid in the booking app and on the app it said that i dont need to pay for anything when arrival .. I said I prefer to pay cash they said you have to wait about an hour after the check out to check the room and I said that's fine After that they asked me do u not have a bank card .. I said yes I do but I don't prefer to pay card .. they said okay so u gonna wait 2 - 3 hours instead of 1 hour if you pay cash and he was really I said and what about paying by card .. they said the money will go back to your account in the same day I paid the deposit by card and I asked again is the money gonna go back in the same day .. they said no it may take 1 - 2 working days . And the reception close at 8 p.m and it doesn't open tell 10.30 am .. so if u get any problem you can't get in touch with any one coz they are closed.. and if you have an early flight next day you won't be able to go at time because you can't do a check out .As well as they toke my passport and they didn't bring it back to me until I called them for it after I left Really bad staff and Really bad service I don't recommend any one to take a night in this hotelI toke many hotels in the UK.. this one the worst that I ever seen .

The location was great!! Close to everything. It worked very well for our family. We needed to stay an extra day and they allowed us to with no issues. Very nice staff.

The king size bed was a bit lumpy. Wish it had a memory foam topper and the couch downstairs wasn’t the most comfortable but overall it was amazing.

The apartments were clean and very well equipped. Beds amazingly comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for our group of guests to attend a wedding party in Neverland .Tesco express opposite was a bonus .

En-suite shower a bit awkward to get into and pressure a little low , but there was also a main bathroom.

Our flight was delayed and they stayed after hours to help us out and were still so so gracious. Top class!

The apartment itself was just okay. Old but okay

The building is super run down and it looks like a 1 star apartment from the outside No modern the you see in the pictures

very nicely decorates, convenient spot and fully equipped

can navigate with a wheelchair but tight inti toilet and bathroom impossible to access because the door opens inwards blocking the toilet. No rails etc either

The rooms are spacious, with excellent Wi-Fi, superb bathrooms, and a washing machine.

Late on some nights, I wake up to the sound of a shouting drunk man outside the property; I think I have heard him near me because my room is on the ground floor.
