Location

Elevator was broken. Stairs hard to access. For $--- per night I expect better than a mediocre 1st floor room with no view.

Great location. East connection to all around London via underground, bus or taxi. Welcoming, helpful staff. Gorgeous pool on the roof. It was a fantastic experience to swim on the roof at night in hot pool watching the city lights… Such an experience…

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and food in the restaurant! And an incredible view from the pool

The location it is near the mall with a lot of shops and cafes and restaurants and near Battersea power station

Amazing experience in artotel , definitely worth it and it will be in my list

Just one thing, actually i want to extended because i feel tired so i called the reception and he said i should come to the reception to extend because of the card and digital stuff so I known this is the hotel policy , but i changed my mind and wasn’t extend because the main point of extend that i was need to take a rest

The location was excellent, as was the room and the breakfast was superb. The staff were particularly professional and all had a smile!

The fact that we had everything around us (restaurants, coffee shops, ice rink, stores, etc). The front desk with Golder was an A+. The vibe, room, decor, staff were amazing! Will definitely visit again!

Please improve the ease to trace online deliveries. This is the only small thing I thought could be improved. Everything else was really amazing ????

The location is right inside Battersea, which makes it very convenient and easy to access nearby cafés, parks, and transportation. The area feels safe and lively, and I loved the décor of the place—it’s stylish and well-designed. Overall, it’s a great spot for both comfort and accessibility.

Several issues affected my stay this time:•Our luggage was delayed for over an hour and a half; it seemed like they had lost it and were trying to find it, and it was later discovered in a different storage area.•Two staff members gave different rates when extending the stay.•I requested the invoice multiple times and still haven’t received it due to “system issues.”This was my second stay, and unfortunately the experience was completely different from the first.

We had a lovely stay at art'otel on our wedding night. The hotel kindly upgraded us to an amazing suite! We had a great breakfast in our room. The best part was the rooftop pool. The views were incredible!

It would have been helpful to have some water/a water fountain near the sauna to rehydrate afterwards. Also, there wasn't anywhere to sit and relax near the sauna either.

The pillows could use an upgrade but otherwise was good

I love the ambiance of the hotel....I love the fact that the malls is right there....easy asset to Uber boat..It's was perfect location....I fallen in ❤️ Oh...did I mention the view from the hotel roof top ...from the Swimming ?‍♀️ and zaccuzi ...hot tub....A view over the city was remarkably!

There's wasn't anything not to like...I personally enjoyed my stayed....I'll be visiting again with my family soon !

There are bugs in the room!!! Toilet paper is not replaced when finished, laundry is not picked up.Staff treatment is not good, ignored or gaslit when complained and they don’t even answer the phone!!

The location was good, a change from more central locations in london.

The room was not the cleanest, bed mattress particularly hard, previous guest food in mini bar, and the shower produced a slight dribble.I am sure the team at Art'otel would say I should have informed them of these issues, but this is allegedly a 5 star hotel! I should not have too.

Terrible room cleaningAlthough I checked in the suit after 16 pm, they did not allow 13 pm late checkout although stayed many times in this hotel. Funny part will stay again in 18 days. Hope this time it will be better and hospital

The beds are comfortable

The lighting system isn’t great in the room. I get that having multiple control panels makes it feels efficient- but it was confusing. My bedside light flickered when on then burnt out. There were 2 smoke alarm lights that flickered all night- it was very distracting.

The property is new and all the amenities are modern.The bathroom is large by London standards with a large shower The bed was comfortable but maybe a tad in the soft side The rooftop bar and restaurant were stunning with exceptional views.The mall with its shops and restaurants are right across the street and the tube station is not far

The elevators are very glitchy

Main lift stopped working for a while.Very little space in between to place toiletries and sink is too small therefore resulted in water all over the bathroom floor.

Terrace pool and view; meeting the resident artist. All perfectly as described and more.

Perfect location. Good facilities

The service was super slow. Cleaning wasn’t good. I had to ask for the room to be vaccumed a couple of times. Baby bedsheet wasn’t being changed unless requested even when it is dirty.Staff were helpful. It was just slow and cleaning wasn’t done properly for a 5 star hotel standard.
