Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA

Staff is nice, rooms are clean and warm. Everything is clean and as on photos. I would recommend taking the room. Location is nice, its 5 min away from Battersea station.

Same breakfast every morning. Minimum of non-pork products, there was only one turkey ham and 4-5 different pork products.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming and it's in a great location too. The pool was really nice and the bed was a great size and very comfy

The hairdryer was a little bit small and a little awkward as it was attached to the wall in the bathroom. Still quite powerful though

The lower score was due to only one out of three lifts working. We were lucky that we were on the third floor so we walked up and down the stairs carrying the suitcases.

that we went swimming after we came back from a bike ride on in the park and staff in the restaurant let’s watch our program on their telly while we eat

The price of the food was very expensive, but it was worth it

Size of the room was good - extra large bed and additional sofa meaning we didn’t always need to be on the bed whilst relaxing in the room.

There was no real shortcut to get to the power station, restaurants and shops so the walk (when it was raining) was a bit of a pain. Hand rail in the bathroom came off the wall when a bathmat was hung in it

Hotel fulfilled all booking requests. Hotel pool was pleasant. Room was very comfortable.

The hotel is quite tired and needs a revamp. Broken shower screen in room, 2 lofts out of service meant waiting ages for a lift and for a 4 star I would expect a decent hairdryer in the room and a coffee machine.

Great location in Battersea. 5 minute walk to the Battersea Power Station shops. Across the road from Battersea park. Clean spacious rooms. Air conditioning. Good choice for breakfast. Room service.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious room equipped with everything you need.

The traffic and roadworks were taking place right outside the hotel. Although it mentions that the rooms were soundproofed, I could still hear the trains.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

One of the main reasons i booked this hotel was because it has a "Spa". The pool was cold, the sauna only heated to 50 degrees, and the steam room was out of order. Very disappointing!There was three lifts servicing 13 floors (incl. the spa at level -1). Two of the lifts were out of order which meant that only one lift services the entire hotel. As it gave preference to the reception on the ground floor, I was frequently left waiting more than 10 minutes for the lift to arrive at my floor. I waited for 15 minutes to exit from the spa on level -1 as the left gave preference to other floors. This was very concerning as there was no option to use a stairs from level -1 which presents a very serious and concerning fire hazard. When this was raised with a member of staff, he allowed me to use a staff lift to return to to the floor my room was located on.

Very clean, not too crowded. Beds were comfortable and good location

Only 1 lift working which could be frustrating as you could only access the pool and spa via lift. Waiting 15 mins for a lift the day we left and had to get in a lift that was going up just so that we could get to ground floor. I do appreciate however that this could be maintenance issue

Could not fault the room & Location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The range of food at the breakfast buffet was Excellent, Great Coffee and great to see hot milk available.

The cooked breakfast buffet was lukewarm. The high quality sausages disappointed as they seemed to have been cooked in a microwave leaving the skins rubbery, Only one lift working, hopefully this was a breakdown over the Weekend and the problem will soon be resolved during the working week.

Location and bedroom was a brilliant size and clean

Only 1 lift was working, the female toilets on the ground floor weren’t working, the tv screen in our bathroom had no controller and the tea and coffee facilities at breakfast were very poor with hot water being provided in dispensers which were cold

Two out of three lifts not working for all our stay room on the 10th floor we needed the lift huge wait for lift every time we had to use lift sane for many people staying Lift companies offer emergency call out why not for this hotel

The room was nice, lovely cosy bed and staff was nice

The lift was broken so it took 15mins to wait just to go up and down the lift and each time. They did offer us complementary drinks which was lovely but it did take so long to go up and down the lift it kind of ruined our stay.The breakfast variety was nice but the egg could have been scrambled better.

The staff were helpful, the location was very good. Close to a tube station and in a quiet area which is great when travelling with children. The pool was also a big hit.

The showers were very temperamental, the water was either scalding or freezing. There were also limited gluten free options for my daughter. I’d emailed ahead of time to ask if there would be provisions and was advised there were. There were GF cornflakes on our first morning - no GF cereal on the second. There was GF bread which was great but we had to ask for it. For a hotel of that size I felt there could have been more options made available. We’ve stayed in other hotels which have had GF cereals in abundance, GF muffins, croissants, pancakes and sausages available.

We arrived before check in time, expecting we would just drop off bags, but to our delight we were told our room was available. We didn't use any of the hotel's facilities as our trip was focussed elsewhere, but I would certainly stay at this hotel again if we needed to stay in their area of London.
