The manager was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was great close to transportation, restaurants and markets.The accommodation was clean, large and light. Breakfast do it you style, lots of choice.

It acceded our expectations. The place suited us very well. I would recommend this place easily.

This place is so clean. The kitchen is kept spotless and we can have our breakfast at any time, not just ridiculously early hours like some places. They had a Christmas tree here which made it less lonely to be staying in a hotel during the holidays. There is always hot water and the wifi always connects. TV is a bonus. I'm a return customer. :) The welcome package is nice, tea + coffee + biscuits (cookies) and little sachets of milk.

I wish they had monthly rates, but London is expensive anyway. There's nothing here to not like

The room was spacious and I liked that i could prepare my own breakfast. Nice surroundings.

The window didn’t close all the way and the bathroom was a little outdated, but clean and functional.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, and the kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast.

It was impossible to use the washing machine cuz it always was filled by someone's clothes

A very comfortable and clean place, located in a lively area with lots of shops. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to connect with the rest of the city. The room had everything I needed and was nicely lit. The couple who run the place were incredibly kind and helpful. I was also able to prepare my own breakfast, which was a plus. I’m very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this place!

Location was very good and breakfast was also fine.

The room was close to street and was bit noisy sometimes.

I have treatment at st George's every 4 months flexistay is a ideal location close to the hospital added bonus breakfast if you want it

Every service the staff offered was more than expected. Had a comfortable stay. There were ample options for breakfast, a noise-free environment, and clean rooms with more space and the necessary resources.

I felt some difficulty due to the unavailability of hot water at the tap and some issues with the toilet flush.

Well managed and very clean.Good selection of food for breakfast and very convenient for my stay in London.Good communication and accommodating for a late check in.

kitchen a bit tired

This was not a comfortable stay, it was cheap and the staff was friendly but I wouldn’t recommend. The floor was clean and the sheets were freshly washed but the bathroom had lots of mould and the kitchenette in the room was old and greasy. If you HAD to stay somewhere in tooting that was cheap it is okay but I definitely wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

Local tube station and Buses available.

Staff are Unprofessional and behave in a nasty harassing manner if you want to use a commercial kitchen in the building.The Bedroom is dirty and It has old scruffy furniture. Bathroom tiles are old and cracked.They Steal your money by advertising false information.DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Love this place. The self service breakfast is a great touch & it's great for a cosy stay. Close to shops, restaurants & station.

Disappointing

Shaved hair on the floor in bathroom. Dirty curtains, walls.

It was clean...not what I expected for the price I paid, but the owners were friendly and the washing machine and dryer were free.

It was just too basic and a size of a small cube.

Best part of it is the location. close to shops and transport stations. I love the fact that there was a fully functioning and clean kitchen too. Wifi is amazing

The stairs are a lot. If you have a lot of luggage, request for ground floor or you will be stressed. Remember it’s an apartment so you help yourself. And the bed was soo soft i had back aches from sleeping. there was some rusting in the tiny corners of my bathroom which is generally not a problem but it makes me uneasy

The rate is very good, location is excellent for shops and the underground trains, the room was on a very quiet street, the setup in the communal kitchen was pretty relaxed, the WiFi was good, the shower water was good. It's fantastic value for money as long as you know what to expect. I stayed for 6 nights, anything better was double the price. The couple running the place very friendly and accommodating.

The bed mattress was quite uncomfortable, the rooms are pretty tired and need new bedding , but at that price I found them acceptable, but this is for a single traveller, this is more like a backpackers, although my room had a private bathroom with shower.
