The property was great for what we needed, the staff were amazing. We were made to feel welcome by staff and the locals, food was really good too. Although the advertising says no parking I was able to park on the side road right next to the property which was a bonus.

Pub was nice and friendly. It was clean and spacious.

Shower head was broken and kept coming off, then we had no hot water on our second day for a few hours. The kettle on the room leaked everywhere. The duvets weren’t very big and I had to two to keep me comfy.

Really comfortable bed in room 6. Clean rooms, spacious, look very nice. Staff were really helpful and polite.

Great customer service, the staff were very helpful and very friendly.The bedroom was bigger than usual, clean and tidy and all utilities were àvailable in the room.The mattress is very comfortable, free parking, close to shops.The location is great for commuters and good value for money.

The rooms are very nice. Everything was very clean. The rooms are spacious.

Warm welcoming from the pub staff who explained everything and took us to the room.Room was cozy, quiet and bed very comfy. Toilet could have been cleaned better as we found hair from previous customers. A few shops nearby and a garden just outside the pub where to chill and drink some good wine. Overall was a good experience and will come back.

This was supposed to be a ‘deluxe’room.It definitely wasn’t.Shabby, with really horrible large stains on the carpet.Bathroom sash window was broken, and propped open with a toilet roll.Ceiling fan broken ( we found the broken cord in a bedside table)Roof outside the bedroom window was littered with many cigarette stubs and other rubbish.It was very noisy until nearly midnight.Live music and karaoke in the bar below,( which is why we wanted t9 shut the window , and have the fan on )

No reception, had to check in at the bar. Underaged kid pulling pints at one point. Looks nothing like the pictures, rooms very old, very noisy and up several flights of stairs. No hot water either. Only saving grace was that it was cheap. Booked for 2 nights and only stayed one. Don't recommend at all.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY

Photos are NOTHING like the place. Garden - seating area don't wish to see cosy and clean place as on the pictures. Given wrong room, dirty,smelly bathroom with very low water pressure and the management that didn't respond to my calls from day 1. Booked for 4 nights left to different hotel on the second. Night and early morning (5am) alarm going off with all the noise from kitchen downstairs. Definitely worse stay and with the price NOT WORTH A STAY. Had to chase the manager for weeks to get my refund as he acknowledged mentioned issues on the day I left and agreed to refund. To my dissatisfaction still waiting on my partial (rather than what should be full) refund.

I liked how were allowed to order takeaways and the staff in the Pub which was below our room, issued us with plates, forks and knives and we had our food at our table. We were also allowed to take our drinks upstairs.

The only thing that I could pick up on would be that there were no tea and coffee facilities. I like to have a cup of tea when I wake up in the morning.

A nice spacious room with everything we needed for a nights stop over and at a very good price. Considering the location there was no noise during the night. Had a very good nights sleep. With sufficient tea and coffee, though I was told I could ask for more if I needed to.

The only fault , if there was one, is that I had a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon to make my drink. Luckily I am resourceful and managed to survive the night. Nothing to complain about here.

Stairs, as both getting on in age! Shower in Bath very poor pressure. Had to ask for a cup, as only had one in room.

I loved everything, from services, food to hotel and the lovely pub with garden. Thank you so much for everything, we felt like home! We will be back.
