The service the receptionist on evening shift was very unhelpful when we told them about noise said would look into it but didnt

Asked for extra pillows and they were provided and the room as clean and very nice

Very clean and staff extremely welcoming.

I didn't like that we weren't warned of a function (party) that would be going on right below us. Music was very loud and went on til late.

The staff and facilities were very good. Although the room was a tad small it was comfortable.

It was further out of town than I thought but was accessible by taxi from the station.

My request for room 231 was accommodated. Check in was quick and easy. The room was beautiful and the toiletries provided were of a high quality. I am in Bromley for work purposes for 2 days and one night weekly at the moment so will use the hotel a few times.

We chose this as a stop over ahead of an appointment in London so no great expectations. It was clean and the room had all the facilities we needed. The food was of a high standard and the staff were excellent. A big shout out for Andreas in the restaurant for his very friendly service!

The bar was nothing special but adequate for a pre-dinner drink.

Ideal location for us visiting friends. Food at night in the restaurant was great. Freshly cooked breakfast to order. Waiter and waitress were very attentive. Would recommend an evening meal.

Bathroom was a little compact but then it is an older building so not sure there is anything g you could do about that. Having said that had everything you needed and was clean.

Friendly staff. Always accommodating. Great food in restaurant. Comfortable beds and nice size rooms.

The staff were polite & quick to respond to my questions. The hotel was warm and quiet, that suited my needs.

Cold and terrible food, bullied...

I have stayed at The Bromley Court Hotel a number of times. Last time I stayed was a month ago, when I ordered Room Service of Pasta, that was over salted and cold. I arrived here 2 days ago and I was checked into a room with limited heating, that sent me into shock. I have rung the Reception twice this morning, asking if they serve a Roast on Sundays. They did not call back. I called them again, they said they did serve a Roast and would call me back to advise what meat. No call. I am advised the Reception is run by a sex ring linked to local police, who frame people with kids and sex staff for Bank of America, once a large employer in the Bromley area. Reception is controlled by the sex ring? I am advised the chefs ensured my meal loaded with salt, and expected me to pay.

Everything the staff are so lovely especially one stands out from the rest Andrea,s he is kind and caring and we keep in touch me and my husband have a great time

Very good choice, hot and well presented, very clean and enjoyable experience

Bathroom door did not close properly, but apart from that had a very comfortable room

Beautiful grounds very clean food and breakfast was good too

Lovely building. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Friendly.

Very nice, lots of parking and close enough to areas around. Rooms are very comfy plus shower is great. Good bar area plus staff all very friendly.

The walk to the train station is further than the receptionist said

It was the closest hotel to the event we were attending.

The hotel staff helped me with my disability health challenge however it was still exerting for me to reach my allocated room.

All Staff very professional and helpful in every way. Very comfortable room

Steam room was not working

Great staff, polite, efficient

Our only disappointment was a very loud disturbance in the night 2-3am. We didn't report it in the night but should have done. We mentioned it in the morning to reception staff, who are so nice.

Comfortable bed

Having to ask the lovely guy on reception for a slice of orange for my g n t because the girl serving the bar just said no we dont have any orange
