Very convenient location for my purposes and very comfortable and friendly.

Very conveniently placed for my needs. Welcoming staff. Classy decor and very comfortable bed.

There was no air-conditioning and no elevator so luggage has to be carried up the stairs. Additionally, the ladies bathroom on the ground floor of the pub had floor tiles that were completely shredded and you could see the wooden subfloor. Is careless regard for maintenance was such a shame.

Room on top floor and up several flight of stairs. No lift but would expect helpful staff to assist if needed. Although at checkout staff in restaurant rather than manning reception, which was a very small space.

The view and the size of the room

bathroom was full of water leak and I could hear the water when I walk on the bathroom floor.

Rooms a little small, but comfortable and I didn't really expect anything else.

It's a good location and good price for London. Was clean and tidy.

There is a street lamp right outside the window and the blind can't block any of the light so you're basically sleeping with a bright light on. The duvet was so old/worn that all the stuffing had bunched up around the edges and so kept falling off the bed. On top of this, an alarm went off 3 times whilst we were trying to sleep - the windows are so thin there is no way you can sleep through the noise. Overall disappointing as it could be great! We wouldn't stay here again unless they made significant improvements. We did make a complaint directly but never had a response.

A fantastic place to stay. Great location. Manager and Bar Manager have gone above and beyond to look after my family whilst staying at this hotel. The staff cannot do enough to ensure you have the best possible stay.

Quite cold in the room in december. It took a while to heat it up.
