- The room was quite spacious, cozy and comfortable.Bathroom was not cramped like so many hotels. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a sofa in the room as well.I never experienced any sound from other hotel guests, even though the hotel was fully booked.
- check in easy
Cons -
- There is no AC in the hotel, so surviving the summer heat can be tricky. Forced to keep the window open the whole time to keep a survivable temperature. The hotel is on a roundabout that has quite a lot of traffic, so there is some traffic noise when the window is open.Check-out time is early.Without a car, the nearest anything is 20+ minutes walk away, on the highway shoulder.Room service seems to be "by request" as my room was never cleaned. There was no indication of that, as far as I could see.
- Room musty -not as clean as would have expected- no breakfast -no fridge
- Old fashion smile a bit carpet need changing also maybe put a little fridge in the room for milk and drink ?

It was OK for the priceBed comfortable with clean linen
It was very tied, needs updatingNot clean, dusty and dirtyBathroom in need of a deep cleanOr maybe overhaul. Pictures on website are definitely not What it is in reality. Entrance is very off-putting, givingAn idea what to expect
The only thing that is good about the hotel is the restaurant that is located next door.
Everything... I should note that I decided not to stay despite being told there was no refund available. My health and safety over ruled the loss of a nights stay! As a solo female traveller I did not feel at ease upon arrival of the property. It’s located on a roundabout and my car felt very exposed. The road seems to attract people driving cars extremely fast up and down which if I had of stayed in sure would have been very noisy. The entrance of the hotel is next to the restaurant and the carpets are extremely old and dirty … not just tired they are grimey! There is a smell in the corridor that is a remarkable combination of nicotine and pungent food, it made me want to gag. Still I hoped maybe the room itself would be passable and clean. The key to the room got stuck and the door was difficult to unlock, I already felt unnerved about either getting stuck in or out or being unable to secure the door when in the room.Again the carpets were filthy… I’m not sure what was on the carpet but it was covered in black marks, maybe dust or dead flies I didn’t get close enough to inspect! The room smelt badly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room. The sheets were torn and had black hairs on them. As for the bathroom it was again very old and tired but the stomach turned for me was the mould on the inside of the shower curtain. Now I wasn’t expecting luxury, I just wanted somewhere to rest after attending a workshop with horses all day. So I was only expecting somewhere simple to lay my head and get clean but I honestly felt I’d be better off sleeping back at the yard I’d been in one of the stables. To give the staff their due they did attempt to show me about 7 more rooms! I say attempt as 4 of the rooms the keys didn’t work so they couldn’t open the doors! And the other two rooms I saw were just larger versions of grimness.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Room very dated, poor decoration and dirty.
Cheap hotel but value for money Location good Staff really nice helpful Clean - was spotless actually
Very noisy next room for two days I stopped there not much sleep. Restaurant excellent but it spoiled it with people next room I was in 26 next to me 28 terrible
Location & price for a one night stay
Beds were uncomfortable and the room was dirty
It was very close to the wedding we were attending. The restaurant was lovely.
First room we got didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Beds were made but there was filth and mould in the bath, bits of electrical wire clippings on the floor. The base bed sheets stained yellow and bed falling apart. Damp patches on the ceiling and hold in the towels they were so old. Ring marks from glasses on the bedside table. And most alarming was the outer casing on tablets found by my toddler when we moved the bed to a safer location for her.
Absolutely nothing. It was the worst hotel experience we have endured. Absolute disgrace. We were locked out of the hotel for 45 minutes or so as they gave us the wrong access code for the late night door entrance. No staff were at the hotel to answer the phone so we had to throw small stones at a fellow guests window to attract their attention so they could open the side door. It was pitch black in the car park where you access the side door and there were stumps of metal poking out of the ground. It was so so dangerous. The room itself was disgusting and unclean. There is no breakfast available even though on your website it says it is available. We complained to the guy on reception in the morning who said it was a misunderstanding and he would get the manager to contact me today(Monday 24th).This hasn't happened .
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and large windows, easy parking . Everything worked well, and was excellent value for money. Great location
Key code given was in correct : could not get into building after a late arrival. Had to make other arrangements at midnight for accomodation.

Location was what you needed. Size of room was good.
Place is outdated and dangerous.Plug socket was unsafe and a fire hazard (see photo) Rear entrance to use after 9 was too dark, unlevel and unsafe. Light once you enter the building flickered on and off badly, kids were terrified to walk upstairs.Main stairs move when you walk on them and don't feel safe. Strong smell of weed both at the rear of the property and in the corridor we stayed. The drink facilities were very unpleasant. A couple of bare tea bags and no coffee.Whole place needs both investment and some care.
Price was cheapest on market and it achieved what I needed it for, a simple stay. The staff were helpful and allowed me to check in 40 minutes early. Free parking is nice. It was nice to have a bath.
The room was a tad smelly, maybe restaurant next door adds to this, a simple air freshener may help. The room was not very clean and very dated. The bed and bedding was thin and seemed not the greatest quality. The bathroom was in need of some TLC.
It was above a fantastic Tirkish restaurant.
Hard to gwt in touch with the staff. I had only 2 bathroom floor rugs, no towels, and a quarter roll toilet paper when I initially entered.
The staff were really nice and and helpful. Marlon went out of his way to make sure I was comfy. Resolved the heating problem quite swiftly and another staff member sorted out issues with the kettle
Parking could be tricky
Please avoid staying there. This place needs to be avoided if you care about your health
I booked a stay at this hotel through Booking.com from December 1st to 6th, but I only stayed a few hours before leaving due to the awful conditions. The hotel had a terrible musty odor that gave me a headache. I tried opening the window for fresh air, but it was too cold to leave it open all day. The carpets were filthy, the bathroom was moldy, and the room was dark and depressing. Before leaving, I spoke to the receptionist, who acknowledged the issues and assured me that Booking.com would refund me since I stayed only a few hours. However, when I contacted Booking.com, I was told they could only process a refund if the hotel agreed. When I phoned the hotel, they claimed they hadn’t received any refund request. After more back-and-forth with Booking.com, I was finally told the hotel manager had received the request but refused to refund me, stating they didn’t see the need to do so.This was baffling, as the hotel failed to provide the service advertised. For a 5-day booking, they could have at least met me halfway and offered a partial refund. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Nothing, didn't end up staying
Had the feel of a crack den.. If I ever wanted to visit one. Dirty floors and bed and furniture
