It’s clean, and has an excellent restaurant

We asked for a larger bed and the room and bed were excellent

Automated Heating, it was really warm, too warm for us in the early morning

My room had a “double bed” well in fact it was two beds that they tried to make into one and it made sleeping uncomfortable as there was a gap in the middle. Also the room price was discounted and it said breakfast included but it was not.

I usually stay at the adjacent Stringfellow hall. Checking in and breakfast facilities are the same, I do like the breakfast. The room was more nicely decorated than in Stringfellow, but Stringfellow was better suited to studying, which is what I was there for.

Calm peaceful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely and there was a bar open in the evening for a drink.

Staff always friendly, good choice in the restaurant, great location if you are working on campus and comfortable beds. I have stayed regularly for the past 4 years and have only needed to move rooms once - which was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Price was okay. Relatively clean. Staff friendly. Easy to find.

Lacked some of the more modern touches found in the slightly cheaper Springfield halls next door. Pillows were obscenely thin.

I always love the breakfast! The staff are excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Being ex RAF it feels a bit like coming home!!

The room TV's are in desperate need of an upgrade! They need to be bigger and have "smart" functions like Netflix and YouTube. It would also be a bonus if they engaged with Tesla and had some destination chargers put in! Also, the bed in room 8 is uncomfortable

Rooms were really nicely decorated and the bedding and towels were spotless.

Large gap under room door meant light streaming from hallway all night…had to place a rolled up towel along the gap.

I really liked the cleanliness of the property and how kind the staff was to all the guests. The rooms are comfortable, but I want to congratulate the entire staff, who made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience

I love this place. It’s always so warm and cosy and the staff are very friendly. Something was broken in my room when I arrived and the very next day it was fixed without me even mentioning it. I’m always happy to stay here when at Cranfield.

The environment in Cranfield University is quiet and it is closed to Milton Keynes. I can travel to the city to visit my friends there. I had been to the SilverStone Museum too. It was only 45 minutes drive from there, which is nice.

Not sound proof - sometimes I heard people walking outside. Also, the central heating was a little bit difficult to adjust. I felt very warm at the begining of the night - could not sleep well until I turned the radiator to 3/4 near the bed and only turned the radiator at the bath room then close most of the bath room door to adjust the room temperature. The duvet kept me very warm too.

The location and proximity to the main School building were good and plenty of parking outside the hall.

The breakfast on days 1 & 2 were good but switching it to the café on the Saturday morning spoiled it slightly. The coffee wasn't as good as it was from the machine and the selection of items was reduced. The floor boards in the bedroom were very creaky.
