Longs Inn Hotel

The breakfast was good.

My single room was very small and quite old fashioned.

Near to where I needed to be.

Everything closed down at 9pm, window was old & rotting, thin curtains with security light shining through all night, old uncomfortable mattress and pillows, too hot & entrance to car park very narrow.

Friendly welcome and easy check in.Comfortable bed with nice clean bedding.

Bathroom a little tired and scruffy!

Simple single room with on suit, tea/coffee kettle etc. All good. Convenient location, nice place to stay in a pleasant town. They were happy to find a safe place inside to store my touring bicycle

Location was great, easy access and departure. Love little room, nice cosy bed.

Such a shame the inn was so empty

Just Awful!!

Awful experience. Fire escape route was through my bedroom! Had to pull a desk in front of my door to ensure no one came through. Just awful. Felt completely unsafe. Bathroom tired and rusty. No chef. No one to complain to, not sure barmaid could do anything. I was in and out within 12 hours. Would not recommend.

The location and the room were fine and reflected the price paid well.

There was no chef so no breakfast was available.

Lovely village location. Lots of hot water. Comfy bed.

No hairdryer! Curtains hanging off rail.

Owner or whoever we were greeted by was rude and couldn’t be bothered, just as if he didn’t want to be there Very standoffish even though I called the day before Wasn’t even offered to book breakfast and facilities were dirty

Very expensive for a single room for one night no service for food

Staff did not let me in to the room till late I was at a funeral that had the reception at this place had to get changed in toilet

Location of Woburn is excellent.

The room wasn't clean. Mould on ceiling and in bathroom, shower screen wouldn't shut properly, towel rail hanging off the wall. Really needs a refurbishment. Wasn't value for money I'm afraid.

I booked a Twin room but the bed was made up as a large King Bed.

Room was not very clean. Strange host at the front desk with long straggly greasy hair.

Very clean and fairly well appointed. Sadly- very over priced. - £274 for 1 night. Expected perfection for that price.

Double bed requested.Two single beds pushed together- very uncomfortable. Shower over bath normally ok, but no 'hand grab' on the wall. Essential in case you slip.

Room was clean.

Quite a lot of noise from traffic outside. No food available despite listing stating there was a restaurant. Apparently they stopped serving food a week ago.No lock on door.

In bedroom, only one window could be opened and that opened onto the main road below.. Very hot night so needed air flow without noise.

This is an old hotel so it was as expected . We were at a wedding in Woburn and this was really convenient for the venue. the rooms and bathroom look as if they have had a recent refurb.

there was no cold water in the sink in the bathroom only hot, luckily we had some bottled water in the car as it was a really hot night. We reported this as we left . The bathroom needs a really good clean.

Climbing the stairs with no warning during the booking, not very up-to-date bedroom, needs a makeover now should not be charging that much for old place with old furniture and fittings.and double booked my brothers room and asking him to vacate when second couple arrives so not happy.

Character property, well maintained, spotlessly clean and awesome staff. Highly recommend! Will definitely go there again.
