The proximity to the airport was what attracted me to the hotel and it served that purpose

The fact that the rooms do not have bedside sockets made it impossible for someone who needs to sleep with a CPAP machine to be able to plug their machine. Also, the hotel could not provide an extension wire for me as a subsititute.

poor restaurant service. I waited 40 minutes after my dinner order was taken, asked the waitress what was the delay and was told my choice was no longer on that evening. Had I not asked, who knows how long I might have waited! Complaint to the manager

Good airport location.

There were two or three times that I needed help from the staff, but there were only one or two people available, but they were busy checking other in, so I had to wait a long time before I could ask a simple question or get help.

The proximity to the airport. The hustle and bustle and coming and going of people made for an entertaining foyer. A special thank you for the provision of facilities to weigh baggage - very handy !

Car parking a little complex. Missed having an iron available (travel items do get creased). Not used to having to pay for a shuttle bus.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. Its obvious that they received extensive customer service training. Great job

We were on the ground floor ... very tired and needed sleep ....we could not sleep because we were kept awake by the people above us . They were not noisy per say ..... the floor / ceiling did not have adequate noise reduction ... we ended up moving.

We booked this because we had an early flight out of Heathrow airport. They have a shuttle that runs every half hour or so. 6 pounds a head. There were 4 of us so we booked an Uber. Around 7 pounds and 15 minutes to Heathrow for all of us

I spent the night there, using AA voucher. I asked the employee if the breakfast is included, and the answer was "no". I think it should be included, so either the employee was incompetent, or the relation between the hotel and the airlines should change.

THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE FOR USING COMPUTER AT LEAST FOR FLIGHT CHECKING. AND MY EXPERIENCE IS WITH OTHER HOTEL AND MOTEL THEY WILL GIVE SOME BODY LOTION. BUT HERE I DIDN'T SEE THAT

No. it was easy to access and had a good bus service to Hounslow tube stations etc., as well as being near Heathrow.

Great location, practically under the runway. Easy access to Heathrow and fun to sit outside at the picnic tables beyond the parking lot to watch the planes coming in for landing right overhead. The room was quiet in spite of airport proximity.

The restaurant meal was our holiday's worst! High school cafeteria dreadful, in spite of the menu's creative descriptions. I dreaded the breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was varied and tasty. But the staff were fantastic.

The staff were just great. Willing to help in whatever way possible. The whole process of check-in, adding parking to my stay, purchasing dinner and/or breakfast at the hotel restaurant (or not) was super simple.

The only reason I did not rate this hotel 10/10 on overall experience was that during the time I stayed at the hotel was also the army/navy rugby match and the hotel was jammed full of loud rugby fans. The bedrooms were kept really soundproof though!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was quiet. Onsite 24 hour Costa Coffee was a welcome site. The morning buffet breakfast was good value for the money.

Compared to other Premier Inns, this one needs some updating. It is looking very worn. The shower was powerful but got water everywhere.
