- Great access to the Heathrow airport Terminal 5, was about a 15 minute bus drive. The room was clean, bed comfortable, but the main issue was that the sink smelled horrible, like a sewer. Could be a plumbing issue; the pipes need a serious cleaning.
- Front desk staff made check in easy.
- The room was clean. Check-in was easy.
Cons -
- Sink emitted a horrible sewer smell.
- A bit dated. Floors creaked very loudly. Gum underneath the table that hovers over the bed.
- The double twin room was quite small. One of the two lifts was not in service.
