The spacious bedrooms at Heathrow Inn have tea/coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV. All rooms have quality bedding and a telephone, and some have private bathroom facilities. Heathrow Inn is just a 15-minute walk from Hayes and Harlington Railway Station, offering regular services to central London. Northolt Tube Station is 15 minutes' away by bus, and offers direct transport link to central London. Local stores, restaurants and pubs are found within a 5-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is just 20 minutes' away by bus, and there is a bus stop right at the doorstep. Historical Windsor and Legoland are a 20-minute drive away.

- It was close to the airport

Cons -
- It was the worst place we have ever stayed! It was so dirty and gross. The door to our bedroom was already open when we went up to go in. Two of the beds were boxsprings to sleep on not actual mattresses. It was absolutely disgusting!
- Horrible room. Water coming out of floor. Bathroom horrible, shower broken, toilet flushing broken, very old courtin,cord to turn light broken, very thick amount of old plaster glued in the sink, cabinets broken. Carpets in the corridor very old and sm
