Beautiful setting

Just a little outside London city center

Room with a big balcony facing Brentford canal. Beautiful location. Spacious room and really loved having the open space balcony from my room.

Wedding downstairs loud music until 1am.

The room was excellent with plenty of room for a family. Parking very convenient too .

The Chinese meal for Chinese New Year was poor in quality and taste. The staff knew as they asked many guests whether they enjoyed it. The breakfast was not that well cooked either. I feel a refund for the evening meal should be offered as I paid for the stay for my daughter but I am a platinum IHG member and expected better.

Awful communication, had a message from the property the day before we were due to stay to inform us they only had a double bed available, we had booked a twin room which was unacceptable as we had no time to find another place to stayContacted the hotel numerous times after this, no reply and they would not change the date of our stay.

Alt to say which rooms give a more scenic view. Attitude of staff at breakfast Was busy, but attitude towards customer could have come across as a bit rude. The restaurant was not busy in the evening, but service was slow

The staff they were helpful.Food was good.My car was safe in their garage and I even enjoyed Lord of the rings at the nearby Everyman cinema.

Good breakfast selection. Quality of food was as expected. Difficult to locate hot beverages and the take away cups were stuffed so together it was hard to separate.

See above for breakfast. Perhaps provide distance and info for nearby attractions. Cab to airport approximate costs would be nice, as well.

The staff were all extremely helpful and competent. I asked for a room with a view but initially didn’t get one. I went back to reception and it was immediately changed to a lovely room on the 4th floor with a great view.

It was easy to park on the day I arrived but as a blue badge holder i rang the hotel prior to my visit and was told a space could not be reserved. I visited during a quiet week but this would be very difficult if there was a function on and would make me consider staying somewhere else.

Lovely location. Staff very friendly. Great they accepted dogs and were very welcoming.

Our room was upgraded due to having IHG membership, so we had a very spacious, clean and very comfortable room. The evening meal was of very high standard and the breakfast was excellent. The staff could not have been more professional or helpful and were very friendly and welcoming.

There are only 2 lifts and one was out of service. Luckily we were on the first floor, so walking up and down wasn't an issue but could have been if we had been any higher up.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was nice. When I booked the hotel they were informed that I had sciatica, but they did not inform me that their lift was not working. My room was not on the ground floor so I had to climb several flight of stairs which was very painful

Someone tried my door 3 times, luckily was locked but the staff was acting in disbelief, the heating wasn't working, cold in the room, never had this in no other hotel. In the room usually was warm and nobody disturbing. I will never book a Holiday Inn Hotel.

Its location was good for what we needed (to be close to friends)

We arrived Christmas Day and both guest lifts were broken and were not fixed for the next4 days. Luckily there was a staff lift when we were transporting bags but we had to walk up and down 5 flights while there.

Lifts broken

Stayed previously and absolutely love it. will continue to be my go to. Gave me the best room in the house! Stunning location and central. absolutely love the cleaning staff.

Lift was out of service. Staff took ages to answer calls for general room service ordering and getting basic needs like water. Key card stopped working twice during my stay and was inconvenient to keep going downstairs. My booking was in the system but the staff mentioned on two occasions it wasn’t. Not sure why my name was different on their side. Could be a tech error.
