The sheets in one of our rooms were dirty. It took several hours to get the issue resolved.

Nothing only looked good on pictures

You cant even open the balcony door, when cooking the smell is all over despite exhaust fan is on, when i asked to open the balcony they person was so rude and had attitude. Iam not a kid that i will jump

Super modern and comfy. The rooms are crisp, new and a real pleasure.

The location is not close to London.

Elevator not too clean

Needs a bit more kitchen basic such as glasses and cutlery as well as tea towels. I had to move coffee machine to a plug socket

The room is spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with utensils for cooking. There was a coffee machine which was nice. Lots of plugs around for charging devices. There was a Sainsbury and cafe just beside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near to Kew Garden - took a short bus trip there.

It is a 20 min walk from the nearest underground station South Ealing on the Piccadilly Line, although the line is direct to Heathrow. It seems coffee, tea, milk in the toom is not refilled on daily basis, although we stayed for 4 nights.

We had a whirlwind, last-minute trip to London, and I booked this hotel quite late. I arrived a bit late, and although the parking was a little confusing (though nicely signposted in the basement), I managed to find a spot. The receptionist was very polite and helped us check into our room without any hassle. The room was comfortable and offered a stunning view along with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy, the extra bed was just right, and the bathroom was fantastic! Plus, the location couldn't have been better! There is even a library downstairs (which we did not have the chance to use) and also provisions for a good breakfast (again something that we could not use).

Parking can be somewhat confusing, but it is clearly marked. Additional cutlery and a larger bin would be beneficial.

Very Disappointing – Standards Have Dropped

We had a poor experience at Adagio Aparthotel Brentford. Despite requesting an upper-floor flat weeks in advance, we were given a first-floor room. The room was unclean, with dirty bedsheets and an unprepared sofa bed – very disappointing, especially with kids in tow.Halfway through our stay, a toilet issue made the room unliveable due to the smell. Only then were we moved to an upper-floor room (our original request), but we had to pack and move everything ourselves – no help offered.We’ve stayed here before and had a better experience, but this time the standards were far below expectations. Not worth the price. Hope the management takes action to improve.

Little bit run down. Cleanliness was not great, especially the floors.Strong smell of marijuana in the apartment.

The balcony was cool. It had a living room.

Generous apartment, excellent facilities, comfortable and great views from floor 8. Good location for Kew Gardens. Plain Tea bags would’ve been good!

Roomy, clean; generally comfortable and generally well equipped

A vegetable and bread knife would have been useful.We were slightly disturbed by the fridge turning off/on during the night.The electric sockets on the kitchen worktop were not well located for practical use of the coffee machine/kettle. We presume the minimum required distance between sink/taps and sockets precludes sockets in the worktop corner, but it does make things awkward and actually increases risk in that it was necessary to site the coffee machine and kettle where there was unnecessary risk of accident.

Receiving a phone call to our room on arrival informing us that the following day our beds would be treated for bed bugs! They weren't which made the call all the more distressing and unnecessary. Checked the beds, found a small stain on both quilt covers, asked for a change and was given base sheets. Couldn't be bothered to ask again. A couple of the light bulbs were flickering so we kept them turned off. Sink in kitchen leaked so I tightened the plumbing by hand. Asked if we could exchange rooms as it was particularly difficult to manage the dog on the 4th floor. This wasn't possible. I would therefore class the hotel as dog tolerant versus dog friendly. Despite first appearances, my feeling is that the rooms need good housekeeping/maintenance to deal with problems such as the above, prior to guests arriving.

No rooms were available until 16:30 even though it advertises 15:00 check-in

Some of crockery chipped. No baking trays or oven proof dishes. Only one lift working.

Room had everything needed

Air conditioning was difficult to use which meant the room was either too hot or too cold. The beds were not comfortable, the towels had holes. Hot breakfast items were not fresh seemed dried out and at £12/£17.50 if not paid in advance it was limited and disappointing.

Not possible to open a window, noisy in the room, fridge, and heating,
