Great location, beautiful property and very friendly and accommodating staff

Room was next to laundry facilities so when washing machine ran it was a bit loud.

Everything was perfect for the both of us. We have been to Peebles many times and stayed in different locations but this was the best so far. The value for money was very good and enjoyed our meal and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was above the downstairs bar and the noise level was a wee bit noisy on Saturday but other than that it was fine.

Fabulous place ...I know the place well.....The family room we were given was great as we had a wee sitting room and kitchen with all the bedrooms.so was like a flat...Clean tidy and delighted we had a bath as the kids don't really like showers..... Comfortable and spacious so will be back again in the summer months ...The manager Chris Cassidy and other staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant was nice and well laid out .the food and choice on menu is all home cooked food and big portions .... Brilliant hotel...

Parking regs in the area vague, ended up parked half a mile from the hotel.

The location was excellent, on arrival the staff on check in at the bar were just so welcoming. We had the family suite on the top floor which was good for the cost paid. We booked in the restaurant for dinner and again staff were all so nice and food was really good.Also breakfast was really good and standard was excellent. Yes I would stay again !!

I felt the kettle in room needs to be replaced as very old.

My room was close to a noise but it was quite from about 1130 pm overall I enjoyed my time at the crown

The staff were all super friendly and would take the time to chat and help with any recommendations for the local area.

The fact that it has no parking and we drove around for a while trying to find somewhere to leave the car on a Saturday afternoon.

It was warm and cosy. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom was not as private as would have liked, ie. overlooked from over road and window cleaner arrived while in there !!

The Crown Hotel is cosy and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially those serving us a great breakfast. The location of this hotel is fabulous, in the middle of the high street in lovely Peebles.

There was a staff party happening that night and everyone went out of their way to explain. It’s clear that the owners Chris and his sister, really look after their staff, so rather than than it being an inconvenience, it made the visit quite special.
