Staff went out of the way to accommodate. Free parking.

Location was good for where I needed to be the following day

Room was barely warm when I entered and considering it was a cold evening I would expect that the rooms would be heated for guest arrival. My door wouldn't lock from the outside with the key, I informed reception but this wasn't resolved before I departed but acknowledged. The food served at the restaurant was sub-par and expensive for what was served.

Good location, very comfortable and clean

Location suited our needs perfectly. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Decent size room.

After returning home I was welcomed with a parking ticket for £100 for parking at hotel. Why take your registration plate at reception if you then have to prepay parking from someone else without even knowing

I liked the staff they were nice!

The hotel in general needs an update it’s very dated. The bathroom had mould around it. Our room was the superior one and the walls looked pretty run down scratches/ marks and a hole in the door. The window looking outside was filthy. The place also smelled a bit foosty.

Friendly and helpful receptionists.Warm room on arrival, plenty tea and coffee within room.

Large double bed was 2 singles pushed together with single duvets.Very squeeky flooring. Not much hot water for shower after 9pm, with low shower water pressure. Quite dusty in places with blacking around shower tiles.

The staff were excellent, in particular Barry. He always had a smile on his face, and made time to talk to the guests. The poached eggs at breakfast were cooked to perfection! The rooms were adequate although a little dated.

A la carte breakfast would save on wastage!

The hot water in the room was not available for a bath for most of the stay- water pressure seemed very poor.

Continental side of breakfast good, cooked breakfast a little dried out when not many guests are in hotel.

Rooms starting to get a little bit tired but on the whole homely feel to the hotel.

We where the for one night as my son live in Inverurie and we were going on holiday so it was perfect for that

There was used underwear left in the cupboard, and don't expect the room to be cleaned as in for 2 nights, but maybe check for toilet paper?, we had to ask for some on the second night., my wife's breakfast on the second morning wasn't great, part raw egg, they replaced it with a good egg, but the replacement sausages were hardly cooked, but they didn't charge us for one breakfast.

We had a quiet room which was clean and bed comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was tasty.

First class service and food. Comfy bed.
