The bed was really comfortable. The staff are exceptional. Spotless, The best price in Campbelltown . Would definitely recommend
Centrally located, clean, warm and comfortable. Lovely food
meals were very good especially the breakfast with a hot plate that you don’t get in most places. The staff were excellent.
Although it’s an old hotel the rooms have all been done up and were lovely! Staff were all friendly & welcoming and the breakfast was amazing!
The shower in the room was a bit too hot and couldn’t regulate it! & having to climb in & out of a bath was tricky!
The location was perfect for what I had planned
The food wasn't great and was expensive for the quality
Very friendly staff ,breakfast was excellent. We had everything we needed
Furniture was a bit marked with hot cups
Staff very helpful and offered a solution with wi fi, see below. Very good gluten free breakfast
Poor wi fi. To operate as a business hotel good wi fi is essential and it was not. The staff provided a solution by letting me use the boardroom which was adequate which was most welcome.
Good location and room was a good size, food was good
Parking is an issue
friendly helpful staff nice rooms and good food.as we were working in the area we had to leave each day before breakfast so the hotel supplied a packed lunch instead which was great!
Lovely large twin room with 2 double beds.Bedroom and shower-room spotless.Staff were extremely friendly and chatty.
A bit chilly at breakfast in the dining room.
It certainly had the atmosphere of an older English manor which is exactly as we expected. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was filling and well prepared. Our room was comfortable with a nice size bathroom and shower which is not always a given in these older spaces. Location was very good for Springbank and Cadenhead (5 minute walk) and a bit further to Glen Scotia but nothing terrible.
As always these older hotels lack the latest amenities (like elevators) and the windows were a bit dated and deteriorated, none of which was unexpected or diminished the experience. Our daughter, who is more used to traveling in modern hotels did find her room a bit small and lacking in some amenitites, but that was a mismatch with expectations I expect.
Clean, professional and very courteous service. Staff were very polite and helpful, the room was very well laid out and the breakfast in the morning was very nice. Would definitely stay again.
Great location… comfortable room…good included breakfast
No lift …. Lots of stairs up to our 3rd floor room …. I had hurt my knee a week earlier, so this was a bit of a struggle for me
Staff really friendly andhelpful. Comfy bed. Location is perfect and has a car park. Nothing fancy just everything you need at a reasonable price. This was our second visit and we'll be back again.
The outstanding memory will be the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast each morning was a feast and dinner in the evening was of a high standard. The feeling was that everyone was determined that we enjoyed our stay.
Very friendly and comfortable. Rooms warm and cosy. Radiator in the bathroom!
Good location in town centre, easy to locate, off street parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed and good shower.
No lift, decor dated and dreary. cost per night for 2 star hotel was very expensive. Breakfast was fine but limited choice on milk, fruit. No yogurt.
