Staff very helpful breakfast not great furniture in room very tatty and old, although the bed was clean. Shower could do with a good scrub as could washbasin and toilet pan.

The spa access is really great; we loved the available options (pools, sauna, salt room, bar) and that we could spend nearly the entire day of check-in there, even before the room was available. All of the staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating.

We wanted to book treatments but they were already booked up. We weren’t aware of this at time of booking. Room with a terrace and outdoor tub didn’t feel very private, as balconies are right overhead, and also can hear the neighbors rather well.

Food and staff were top class. The pool and spa area were really nice.

For such an expensive hotel, having two single beds pushed together is inexcusable. Wasn't comfortable atol. Room was right on a main road too and extremely noisy.

I said was my 50th Birthday and got a bar of Cadbury chocolate in my room a token gesture of a bottle of wine would of been nice. Rather than a £1 bar of chocolate

The facilities are quality, the staff are excellent

The prices of food and drink are excessive

The spa facilities was fantastic. We went for a birthday, a great treat and ideal birthday present

My husband is an recovering Alcoholic. I asked for all alcohol to be removed from the room, this request was not met.

It was my partners 40th and the staff left a wee card and bae of chocolate in the room which was a lovely touch.. The room itself was nicer then i expected and the whole experience was just nice a chill, staff were amazing.. Would definitely be back

The breakfast service was slow, the bread on display had mould on it & I had to ask staff for fresh bread.

The spa is unreal. Such a relaxing and lively at the same time. The hotel decor was fab. 10/10. Restaurant food dinner and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely return.

The bar was jam packed because of a quiz night and after having our dinner in the restaurant there wasn’t a seat in the bar.

We were at a wedding, location was beautiful, room was gorgeous food and staff were great. It was pretty expensive at the bar.

Very relaxed stay. Hotel was beautiful & loved the decor. Spa was lovely and we were lucky enough to get the place to ourselves.

Lovely and cosy room- huge bed that was very comfortable! Had a great nights sleep. Enjoyed the outdoor bathtub in the room and the spa was lovely and quiet when we went. Breakfast was simple but very good.

Some fixtures in the room were broken. Our outdoor area wasn't very secluded, people passing by could look in. Also had a fire escape above us- guests staying in the room above had kids that were running up and down the fire escape until quite late at night.

Great relaxation area pool, sauna, steam room etc. staff were great and very friendly/accommodating.

Outdoor bath did not have a plug therefor the bath could not be used. The bath was dirty and had general wear & tear due to its age (I hope). Food was not great in the restaurant.

We dined in the restaurant from the a la carte menu, good selection and options however, dessert menu was not up to the same standard as the rest of the menu.

Unbelievable stay, loved staying here so much, already wanting to come back! The spa with beach bar was relaxing and had sun holiday vibes! Beautiful room with patio and outdoor bathtub. Staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Unique, decorated interestingly and thoughtfully.

No air conditioning and no screens on windows. Spa area was unique but it was a strange setup and you had to walk outside, through the pool/bar area to go to your room for spa treatments. Location is not great- nothing else to do in the area.

The room was lovely, very clean and modern - the comfiest bed I've slept on. The staff were helpful and always on hand if needed. The breakfast was included in the stay, which I thought was a nice touch, and it was delicious too!

The price was a little steep and perhaps overpriced for a one-night stay, but I couldn't fault it other than that.
