Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel -Northfield station Elizabeth line

Great location, nice staff who were great with our son. Reasonable breakfast

The room only had a sky light with no cover. Staff tried their best to cover it after we complained but it would be a nightmare in the summer.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Patrick is extremely welcoming and offered great advice and assistance. The hotel and rooms were clean and neat. The location is great as it is just across the road when you exit Northfields station.

A little daily breakfast variety would be nice. Just the position of the TV screen in my room.

Location right next to the tube station, and hotel room was clean.

First night heating was too much even on low temperatures it was boosting a lot of hot wind, when complained they did something and next night it was so cold that even 28 degrees on air con couldn't keep us warm all night. Shower terrible, goes through 30 sec phases- extreme hot, extreme cold and then the temperature you have set it to, and the cycle continues. No water bottles or basic amenities like dental kits provided which are basic in such hotels. Overall disappointed.

Breakfast wasn't fantastic. Just there.Location is good . Cos it is close to the station. And still quiet and calm.

The location was excellent for me, directly opposite Northfields station and my room was well equipped and very comfortable. The reception was 24 hours and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful when I checked in.

I was on the ground floor so I could hear some outside noise at night but it was no problem.

Right next to northfields station which was very convenient and easy to travel. The staff were nice.

The property had a very strong unpleasant smell which was also there in the room. The breakfast wasn’t all that. The first day, there were no eggs, or much fruit except for some apples. The sliced cheese looked old and stale.

Could be noisy if you’re on the rail track side. We were lucky.

Excellent location for the Tube to central London. Rooms were very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was excellent. Good value for money, especially for London.

A couple of fittings in the bathroom needed attention. Adjacent car park not open on a Sunday.

It was near the train, Piccadilly Line. It was easy to come straight from Heathrow to the hotel.We felt safe and secure and it was quiet.Patrick was a fabulous communicator, from first booking to departure. All staff were very friendly.

Nothing, it meet our need perfectly.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location and affordable.

The carpets are a little tired and so the iron and ironing board.

Stayed several times before - it suits me well for location and price. Clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. Staff polite and helpful.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, clean room, right outside the tube station so great location. Unbeatable for value for money for a reasonable London hotel.

On Picadilly line. Very friendly stuff.We are staying here in every our visit in London.

This was easily the most convenient hotel we have stayed in London, Clean,modern steps to the Tube Station, This was probably the biggest item lol after a long day walking in london 1/2 hour on jubilee line to everything. 2 pubs down the street. Restaurant next door. Nice restaurant next door, large room and large bathroom. Staying in London w/o London Prices 4 stops and 20 minutes to Heathrow, 30 minutes to the theaters. The most convenient stay in London.A special thank you to Patrick at the front desk who was the most professional employee our family has ever encountered. My Aunt is visiting London Next year and I will make sure she stays haere as I know she will be in good hands with Patrick. He actively attended to us and he was very friendly. It was not a job fro him but a service he was happy doing. That man will bring in customers due to his courteous and dedication.
