London Guest House by OYO - Acton

As I was on a business trip,the location was good.

Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty..Only one cup and spoon.I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one.Should have a microwave..Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .

The staff was very friendly, and overall cleanliness was good.You can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out if necessary. The location may seem far from the center, but the fast Elizabeth line makes it easy to access.We forgot to bring a converter, but they supplied one for us.

The cleanliness was not perfect in detail, for example, under the bed. The stairs are somewhat narrow until reaching the top floor. As a couple with small luggage, we found them quite manageable; however, larger bags may present accessibility challenges.

More money seems to have been spent on the pretty gardens at the front of the hotel than on guest acccomodation. I would describe the room as shabby. The only saving grace was the delightful receptionist!

Not particularly clean with well worn furniture. The shower wash was good but the bathroom two tight for a couple. Charging ten pounds extra for parking in a rough car park was cheeky.

The hosts of the property were so friendly and accommodating. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe here, nobody really bothered me and they gave me a room that was both convenient to access and isolated from other guests. The room was clean, linens were clean, and housekeeping came by every day. I also liked how close to the Elizabeth line it was; also a short walk away from the District and Central lines. Acton was such a charming, quiet neighborhood.

The bed and pillow were a bit uncomfortable, but that's not uncommon for hotels.

Good location, nice staff, a minor issue quickly fixed.

A bit cold, bathroom a bit cramped, special charge for checking in late.

The staff is extremely friendly. We left our scarf behind during a previous stay here and they kept it until we came back again and remembered us.The locations is good, it's close to the Elizabeth line which gets you to the airport and the center very fast.

The bed makes a terrible noise every time you toss or turn so I couldn’t sleep all night.

Very nice polite and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and warm, good heating is inside, towels provided, cofee, milk… comfy beds tv… good internet. It’s very tidy and clean. I would recommend this guest house to everyone, if you book it you wont regret it! Its good value for money and staff is there to assist you! Very satisfied :)

Small rooms are not so spacious, double bed hardly can fit it’s little bit tight but rest of all, all is good

Good location, 5min walking from Acton Main line and like 12min from Acton Central. There are groceries shops on the street and bus stops. The room has all the necessary things and is warm. The room is clean (bathroom, bed, fridge etc). The staff is nice. I will keep this adress for possible other short stays

Be aware that there is no lift, the 100£ deposit is excessive taking in account the standing of the hotel but they inform guest beforehand. The carpet is dirty and there are stains on the wall which makes the room less pleasant. The bathroom is narrow. But it was okay for 2 nights and good value for money.

Very close to train stations, the staff was really nice and we even got a different and bigger room as we had huge suitcases so we wouldn’t have to go upstairs

Location

There was no hot water in the shower. The tap was boiling. It was hard to take a shower in cold water after a whole day of traveling. The first room we were taken to stank of cigarettes. The second one looked better and was bigger. There was visible mold in the shower.

Excellent little hotel, very simple but clean with lovely staff and a great location next to Acton station. Also very good value for money for London

The photos on the app create the ilusion of modern and somewhat spacious rooms. In fact they need to update the decor and the rooms are so small that a person can't fit between the bed and the wall. The bathroom is also very small.The staff is very friendly and kind

The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and welcoming! Big smiles from everyone at all times!

The matress had a couple of springs sticking out, and the second night was impossible to settle and sleep...Also had a fall on arrival, going from the corridor to the reception caused by a gap on the flooring.

location good- near Lizzy line and a bus to wembley very accessible

-Difficult to get in- as me and my pal arrived at different times- not helpful -sketchy taking a copy of ID- Bed was very uncomfortable -Rooms need updating

Reception opens 24hours, it is easy to access to staff and they are very friendly. Elizabeth line is very close by, easy access from/to Heathrow airport.

Two issues I address to the staff and they tried to sort out for me.. First issue, my room radiator was apparently not fully working during my stays. I was cold during a night, thankfully I got extra blanket and potable heater.Second issue, I was hearing people talking between 3:00-5:00am, and I could not sleep. It seemed that came from neighbors.. Unfortunately, OYO staff could not able to do anything.
