Room so small . No basic amenities

Cosy room with everything we need (even a fridge). Room special request was met. Staff were very quick to resolve issues.Easy check in and check out. Good breakfast choices and quality. Secure car park.

Noise due to a facility fault. But room reallocation was quickly arranged.

Tiny rooms, depressing breakfast options, rip-off carpark, overlooking a traffic jam, the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

We drove to London so appreciated the secure car park where we could confidently leave our car while we took the Tube/busses/walked around London. The location was convenient, right around the corner from multiple transport options and the common. The room was also clean and cosy.

The only thing we didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel - there were exceptionally loud guests the 2nd night of our stay who prevented us from sleeping as we heard them noisily carrying on late into the night.

Could include breakfast at this price to say it was value for money. The room is relatively small, but it's not a deal breaker.

good sized room with storage space , very clean hotel , comfortable bed , good shower , having a fridge and coffee making facilities also good . plenty of parking availability .Hotel in good location , 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway but good options to travel with bus and tube close-by

the hotel and the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive , would definitely stay more if it was a bit cheaper

This hotel was perfect for a very short stay in London. Staff were friendly, checking in process was quick and easy despite being busy. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the beds were so comfy!! For the price I payed it was definitely worth it!

The room was a little smaller than expected but it was okay for 2 people. The location is abit far out from Central London, however there is a station no more than five minutes away - can’t go wrong for a cheaper deal as it is much more expensive to stay closer to the City Centre.

It was freezing, the room was cold, bedding thin, frozen! For part of the Hilton group this is really bad.

Staff member at check in was very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant area is very pleasant.

Heating in my room didn't seem to work and I was cold.

The shower it was the shower got lots of hot water I can't adjust the shower down it was too higher

The shower it not working probably I try to adjust it pull down a bit not working the shower is too higher der is not bottle of still water only sparkling water I don't drink no netfix no prime TV central heating is ok

good size of the room. a nice, clean bathroom. Very good breakfast. Absolutely fantastic loctaion about 300 m from a tube station.

They tried to charge me via credit card even though I chose paying by cash and had a confirmation on my email.
