Everything.The rooms had bedbugs.I was bitten several severely.I had to checkout in the middle of the night and run for my life.

Everything hygiene was very bad, I'm waiting for booking.com to give me a refund. I had to leave as it was so badIt's not a place for humans to stay in. Everything was dirtyBedsheets was extremely dirty

The hotel lived up to its name "Old". The place is old, the rug is dirty. The first room we booked was not good, dirty window clothes, used condoms in the drawer.We changed room to one with bathroom, the window clothes has stains, not washed. The annoying part was the music on Friday night from the bar from 11 or 12am till 4am and same on Saturday. If you can't sleep amidst of noise don't book around weekend.I think they need to remodel and consider their guest when it comes to weekend party. Maybe sound proof installed.

no like bed , room and clean , daily not clean , daily night arranged party for loud speaker and disturbed for all room members and i asking why arranged party and why disturbed your customer who will stay in rooms but Old oak manager asking Ground floor Pub Bear Bar because he earned money from Pub bar. He will not provide Hair dryer, Iron, towel , hand wash soap or sampoo. Not Good .

Disgusting

Very very dirty, no towels and tolit paper when I arrived to the room. Even had to make my own bed. Bed bugs galore. The place should not be on booking.com

This property has absolutely nothing going for it. The photos must be many years old as the property looks nothing like it now.

Pretty much everything. Property was filthy with rubbish in the common rooms. Shared bathroom had scum everywhere, vanity was broken, bed sheets were stained, pillows paper thin, mouldy ceiling and walls, smelt damp, bed bugs in the beds. I think that’s about it. Oh wait, we left the day of checking in due to the state of the property and now I can’t get a refund out of these scam artists. Don’t stay here

It was the most pathetic hotel I ever visited. It had so many bed bugs, and they even refused to refund the money. They Should asvertise that Bed Bugs included in your night stay

The staff were friendly and helped in every way possible. Very reasonable with beer prices too.... 4.75 for a pint of cobra!

Don't let the photos fool you! The pub and rooms are run down and outdated with a strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering. The shared bathroom was dirty.Beds were very hard which I liked but sheets appeared dirty.

Absolutely nothing walked out never even stayed one night

The room was not as advertised I booked and got confirmation of booking.com for an ensuite room with television instead the man on the bar showed me room 10 and said that was my room I said no it’s not I showed him my booking confirmation and he has said that is wrong he said he has an ensuite one that I can have for another £90 and I just told him I’m leaving Got my case and walked stay away from this property all costs

it was so bad, unclean and the most shabby hotel i have ever seen in my life . i had to run out of there and book another place as my fee was non refundable.

Wrong information at the time of booking lead to discomfort stay

The information saying Private Bathroom was misleading, as there wasn’t en-suite , it was shared bathroom, no room service, no drinking water, it was mentioned in my booking about free toiletries but they didn’t provide at all instead advised to buy from next shop in the street, they let me borrow their Iron though, room was too much smelly due to restaurant’s exhaust fan near the window of room

Almost everything. Room was absolutely filthy, walls had damp and mold all over. shower was disgusting, stains and grime everywhere. Room looked nothing like pictures but more like a shopkeepers back room. Door lock appeared to be a gate bolt. Room had 2 doors, one leading outside and one into an area with fridge air conditioning units that made a noise all night.English also doesn't seem to be a language spoken here? which makes simple tasks very hard and frustrating.
