Hotel Xanadu

All good. We stayed there for a couple of days. The place is very well situated near restaurants and bars. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Not a lot to say as we had a good stay there and it´s not my first time.

Great Hotel in a fantastic location Close to parking and station. Room perfect , not large but more than adequate. Really good value for the area.

Great location. Friendly staff. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Easy tube journey into London but also lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel. This was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be back again.

Nice place, great location but not sure if I'd have paid more.

No iron in room or fridge. Noisy from bar/club downstairs. Plugs around bed aren't British plugs ... Why is this?

I live in Italy so not used to carpet and not being able to open the window for fresh air. I know those thibgs are normal in the UK.

Location, comfy bed, bathroom was good

I booked parking in advance but when I arrived the car park was full. The guy on reception made no effort to find out why.

It was centrally located with parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful, all requests were attended to perfectly. Loved the location, sadly didn't get to try any food.

Good clean comfortable room.

Breakfast was luke warm, which considered is ordered was not great with a very cheap poor quality sausage. Breakfast is not value for money.

I obviously like it a lot - I keep coming back! The location couldn’t be better. This time we took our car and we pre booked on site parking. It was great. We will be returning in a few weeks.

Location. On the whole a smart hotel.

Thin walls, allowing to hear noise from adjoining rooms. Also a lot of travel noise from road below.The bathroom though smart and up to date was let down by makeshift chipboard panels which were swollen due to water leaking from shower screen.

We have stayed at Xanadu many times while we visit my son in London, good size rooms and good value for location in Ealing Broadway.

Room lighting is a bit dim for my liking, otherwise very comfortable size rooms, basic but comfortable for our long stay. We were told that we would be charged £18 for umbrella if not brought back., umbrella did not look like it was worth much.

Very clean room. Location is perfect very close to the city center using Elizabeth line and very convenient for Heathrow airport. Friendly staff at the reception and the breakfast.

Breakfast was really good, the distance to the underground was short, many choices of fast food and different cuisines in the area.

It was a real challenge to have a shower, because one second it was ice freezing, the other scalding hot.

Staff friendly and polite. Lovely smell from the toiletries.

Room was at the front so was a little noisy with traffic. Breakfast was a bit dry and overcooked.

Quiet location with good access to the Elixabeth Line.

No complaints We have stayed there before and will do so again.
