The lodge was lovely and the cafe food was great.

Not good facility's had to be upgraded to a caravan as chalet was of very poor quality hadn't been cleaned on arrival and the bathroom was in a discussing state shower looked like it had been used as a toilet refused to stay in it shellie on reception was very helpful and upgraded us to a caravan which was very nice the cleaner turned up at 9 am when wasnt due to leave while 10 am this put us under pressure to leave wouldn't go again xx

The entertainment that's all

On arrival it wasn't suitable for my disabled daughter we were over run with ants my daughter had too sleep in her wheel chair cause couldn't get into rooms was promised some linen so she could sleep on settee at least but never got any it was filthy pile of rubbish that had been swept up was left up the corner totally ruined our holiday

The chalet was so comfortable and it was extremely warm and I didn’t want to leave it was just brilliant top marks for John Fowler staff and entertainment and it was so dog friendly

Nothing to complain about we loved it

Rubbish wouldn't stay here again

We had no heating Friday or hot water so was freZzing cold the caravan was filthy dirty the sofa was broke the oven was stinking dirty there was shit stains in the pan still the bins hadn't been emptied the microwave was disgusting all in all it was not worth the 470 we paid and we are really upset we had to deal with this we went to reception and they just said oh sorry we've been so busy come back in the morning went back and was the same shit excuse

The location is amazing. Opposite a beautiful beach. Short drive to Brean and Weston

We had a bronze chalet so didn’t expect the world, however the bathroom was vile. The shower was hot for less than a minute even after asking staff to fix it.

Spacious , everything you needed

Ants , lots of ants - reported on the Monday, nothing done about it until several complaints and sleepless nights

Like allways having a lot of fun for my daughter.

My accommodation smells so bad because in the bathroom floor was a lot of mould and even the kitchen has the same problem .The bathroom was not so clean i found a lot of hair in the shower from the guest before i think .....but the mould smell was the worst ?

No toilet roll holder no space in bathroom to clean teeth wash hands .bed setee very uncomfortable to sit on .iron with no ironing board .brush but no dust pan and brush to get bits up no were to hang coats telly in bedroom no reception

The place is very welcoming,clean and the staff are all friendly but do have to mention one member of staff who went above and beyond and had a smile on her face always and was just so lovely and that's shelly on reception this woman starts your holiday right

Overall everything from the accommodation to the staff to the entertainment keep up the good work

WIFI was poor. For work this was a nightmare. Even the mobile phone signal was not good.

Clean, tidy site handy for the beach.

There appear to be people residing on the site long term because they work locally, and who noisily head off to work at 6am each morning - including honking the horns of their vans while leaving engines idling.

It was my first stay in a static caravan and I enjoyed every minute I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities. It had everything you could possibly need. The staff were lovely and friendly. I had a lovely relaxing holiday with my dog doing lots of walks on the nearby beach and visiting Cheddar Gorge and other nearby sights. I would highly recommend the holiday park.

Nice and quiet however I had to the call the maintenance team in for a few issues. They responded quickly and sorted things out for me.

Motown weekend but not really Motown picked music Children allowed on dance floor really late at night Disco time, more for Children choice of music ...not the best Motown event
