Dunstan House

The room was very nice with a big comfortable king size bed. The plumbing in the bathroom needs a little work but that is typical in UK ?

No mixer tap in the bathroom sink only very hot or very cold water. The shower leaked a little.

Breakfast undercooked, dinner very good service OK, noise level high.

Good location within walking distance to the seafront. Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again.

Tv in room wasn't working, window didn't close so very cold. Warm enough with duvet and blanket.

Lovely room, welcome, location and breakfast

We just stayed one night, we had some drinks and dinner. The food was delicious drinks too!The staff were helpful and lovely.Our room was large and comfy with en-suite shower room, great size fluffy towels. Large size tv, tray with coffee, tea, fresh milk and hot chocolate plus items you could buy such as nuts and crisps.

This was the third time I have stayed at here. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is easy to find. Ample parking. Clean and functional room.

Only that the shower tap was too tight. It required much force to start and stop the shower. The staff member who checked us out at the end of our stay made a note and I’m confident it will be remedied.

We only had room only but we’re very pleased with it , very clean and comfortable , the staff couldn’t do enough for us and didn’t clean rooms until mid morning so we had nice lie in

Good location

Room too bright at night because of the sign being lit up right outside the window. The blinds were not sufficient. Noisy from traffic. Window didn't dull the sound

Comfortable room with good wi fi, bed and shower

A gorgeous property which was a real pleasure to stay. Bedroom very quiet, modernised but with character and very comfortable. Plush towels in the bathroom and the amenities were great. Meals were also fabulous, from a great Sunday roast to a cooked breakfast. Staff were very friendly too!

I liked it all

Well located for an easy level walk to the town and seafront. Easy to find, a straight run about a mile off the M5. Clean and tidy room in an older building and well serviced. Separate rooms entrance to the side of the pub was useful.

Adequate parking spaces but some could be a bit awkward to manoeuvre into in a larger car, maybe my parking skills.
