Great food, big rooms, immaculately kept.

The spa area can get a little crowded. Nice facilities though.

Good Location, facilities was really good for the money.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were great. Very spacious. Staff were friendly. Lovely breakfast selection. The hotel was nicely decorated. Our room was cleaned after the first night. Very quiet at night. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Pool was so busy when we went, we had to leave. Bench seats in the bar needed a refurb. Staff in the bar were grouped chatting and looking at us made us feel uncomfortable. The beer that was served was flat so had to complain. The corridor to our room was dirty. At breakfast, the pastries were stale.

Our room was very comfortable. It came with very good facilities, including a Chromecast on the TV and a fridge. The room and en-suite bathroom were very spacious. The morning breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The on-site restaurant was very good - food came very quickly.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool and spa was unfortunately a let down. The listed rules were not enforced - we witnessed a child under the age of 10 go into and stay in the sauna several times with their parent, and this was after the allotted ‘child swim times.’ Children were still allowed to swim after this time too and no one came to check/enforce. We also encountered people diving into the pool both days, concerning due to the 1.2m depth across the pool. The jacuzzi was also poor, bordering on an unacceptable facility - it was set to a timer, so only went on occasionally. After being off for over 5 minutes, we got 48 seconds of light bubbling before it turned off again (this was with 5 people).The changing rooms and pool area were unclean - I noticed a plaster stuck on the wall by the pool over the two days we used the facilities.

Even before I came hotel went above and beyond I asked them to help with my husband birthday celebration and decorate the room I sent everything through Amazon and Courtney in housekeeping made the room perfect for us!The pool was lovely, staff were amazing and breakfast was lovely! There was a wedding on and we heard no noise was perfect night sleep ❤️Staff couldn’t do anymore for us

More dairy free stuff such as yogurts or cakes that makes other guests enjoy the breakfast our daughter loves fruit and yogurt and would of loved a muffin or something to go with it but nothing was dairy free like that

Well stocked breakfast. The only criticism is 9.30am is too early for the breakfast to finish. Fine if staying for business but not for leisure

Good choice of breakfast items but cooked items were just about warm. Bacon, beans and mushrooms were dry as though they had been out for a while. Good selection of juices and breads/croissants etc. but overall breakfast slightly disappointing. Dog friendly but for £25 per stay I would have liked to have seen dog treats/bags/bowl and blankets like most hotels. An outside hose to wash dogs paws would have been very handy before entering hotel.

Breakfast items could have been fresher and hotter. Better dog facilities needed.

Great hotel, very comfy bed and room, great staff, great bar and great breakfast

Attention to detail on cleaning needed. Very dusty on the headboard ledge in particular.Very obvious and thick dust on stairway wall lighting

Every single member of staff we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. Especially the bar staff.

It’s a little tired and run down though it is very clean. Unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable and neither are the pillows. I woke several times each night with pins and needles.

Lovely clean room, as was the hotel. Facilities were good nice touch with the fridge in the room and complimentary water. Very comfortable bed and the air con was a bonus. Tv a bit basic but it was ok, great to have free WiFi

Foul smell in the pool and changing room area. Some of the staff could of been a bit more helpful and knowledgeable about allergies, i am coeliac and didn't see the gluten free area on the breakfast until the second day i did ask when getting my cooked breakfast what was gluten free and they told me which was which but didn't mention about the other section where the cereal was. Overall the breakfast selection was excellent for my partner. The staff behind the reception could of mentioned and explained when the pre payment was going to be refunded but didn't i had to ask. One young man who was there on each of our breakfast mornings was very polite and pleasant

Restaurant on Saturday night was too cold we had to move back to the bar.
