It was a pleasure and peaceful stay and the staff was great!!

Minor deatails such as the silicon in the shower room needed to replace and few of the floor vinyl needed attention.

Beautiful building and gardens, the room was lovely, the bed was big and really comfortable and it was very quiet which was perfect for us.The restaurant was nice and the food was delicious, lobster ravioli, beef wellington and the chocolate dessert were nicely cooked, very tasty. Breakfast was perfect , homemade granola perfect.The staff were so friendly and respectful, they made the stay even more special.The spa was also nice, not busy and very clean. Will definitely come backThank you

Beautiful building and rooms with a lot of attention to detail. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice location to explore the Cotswolds. The Spa facility was good - wasn’t too crowded- and good choice of facilities.

Some of the spa facilities could do with some TLC - due to wear and tear.

The evening meal was a bit disappointing. Some of the portions were small for the price.

Friendly, welcoming staff who upgraded us to a suite of rooms. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished and is quiet and very comfortable.

My Mom and I had been walking through the Cotswolds and this was our last stop. This was the first place that had gotten our suitcases from the courier and actually put it in our room. Everyone was so helpful. From the first guy at the desk, the waiter and hostess and the people in the spa. This place was absolutely beautiful and they thought of everything to make it special. We came on this trip to celebrate my mom's "80th birthday", they had a happy birthday treat waiting in the room. We were really impressed with this hotel.

The hotel really didn't have anything wrong. The only negative was on Google, it take you to the street before the hotel.

Location is excellent for dog walking which is the main reason I choose this hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Having to book a time slot to use the pool. I hadn’t realised it would be so busy and therefore didn’t get the opportunity to use the facilities. There are not enough vegetarian options on the main dinner menu. We chose to eat out on the second evening so we had some variety.

this hotel it is outstanding. room was classic one , very nicely and tastefully decorated. Spa is nice and very well organized the hotel decoration is superlativeStaff are welcoming and helpful. we have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food quality and services are five stars.

Nothing. just an annotation : I have asked to be provided with a new pair of disposable slipper as the one originally provided were wet (I have used them in the spa) I have been told that they have not other available .....

A wonderful hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The spa was absolutely amazing, and the breakfasts were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Visited for a Birthday overnight treat.Enjoyed the spa it was very good for a small hotel and clean. The three course dinner was expensive but had great attention to detail and a real treat with wonderful flavours.

The WiFi dropped frequently in our room but not a big deal.

Breakfast was very good. Buffet selection for continental and cooked breakfast fresh from the kitchen. Spa was super relaxing. Good sized sauna (two available) and steam room, with big enough pool.Room was well furnished, great size and lovely bathroom.

The food offering was excellent and great wine menu.

On arrival we entered the hotel lobby, bearing in mind this is a beautiful Cotswold building. Week before Christmas. There were no Christmas decorations or log fire to welcome you. No staff to greet you. We had to wander around to find someone to check us in. Room was spacious , but the bedding is not of great quality considering the cost of the room. Staff not engaging. General atmosphere not overly friendly. Awkward layout in dining room. Every guest requested to sit on different tables allowing space between other diners. This hotel could easily be so much more welcoming with some additional touches. It appears the love has run out. Very expensive and underwhelming welcome.
