- Our room was hot and we couldn't open a window but there was a fan in the wardrobe so we used that

Stayed one night in a twin room with a sea-view. The Hotel De Paris is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Super friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room with great view of the sea and pier (Room 37). Breakfast superb. The breakfast hall is always buzzing with people. The whole hotel has such a great feeling, very welcoming. Just sitting around in the reception area chatting to other guests is nice. Christmas decorations had been carefully put up throughout the ground floor. Well done!
Love the original features of the hotely
Our room was hot and we couldn't open a window but there was a fan in the wardrobe so we used that
Room 67 is dirty!! very dusty curtains, Broken shower head, condensation on the inner window that I couldn't see out of. The lady who checked me in put other customer before me after checking me in and left me hanging and checked the others in b4 me. Felt very discriminate. Felt horrible.
As above
The room was very comfortable, clean, provisioned, and well decorated. As I was only staying one night B&B, it was the big upside to my stay. I did not need dinner as it was taken elsewhere.
The hotel accommodates coach tours in the main and the collective facilities are run with military precision to keep the "herds" into line and on schedule to leave (e.g. staggered meal times and fixed menus down to what appears on the plate) which may not suit the casual visitor staying for any length of time unless they like that sort of thing!
The breakfast was outstanding quality ingredients, seated and served very quickly super friendly staff even though they were very busy. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful.
Only thing I didn’t like was parking. We arrived around 1:15 pm parked to the left of the main entrance great no problem, I was told only 10 parking spaces first come first served which was fine . When I checked out this morning there was a line of cars parked behind us and across both entrance exits . My partner found this very stressful , I went to reception and assistant manager I think was called Yasmine was great and very helpful and sorted it in less than 5 minutes can I add I am not complaining I’m just answering the question . It’s a lovely well run hotel with very professional staff thank you for a lovely stay .
Breakfast itself was good. We stayed at the property with another couple, but were seated at opposite ends of the dining room. This was due to the fact that the rooms were booked in different names. Location was perfect.
It’s an old building & could use some updating, but everything worked.
Breakfast was very nice room was very clean location was near town center pier and beach
lovely room overlooking pier. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Location
No parking hotel was run down with scaffolding out front.
Beautiful hotel with a lot of history and original features . Comfortable rooms that whilst being modernised retain the charm of the hotel. Perfect central location. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the check in colleagues who make for a great stay.
Efficient and welcoming staff.Clean and comfortable.
The coffee at breakfast.
Great staff clean and tidy.value for money
With one exception the staff were well-intentioned and keen to be helpful.Milly went to great lengths to email us detailed and helpful instructions for finding the hotel when arriving by car.
The hotel specialises in seniors' coach parties. So the staff will address you as "My Lovely", and you'll get to share your breakfast table with a couple of OAPs with whom you have nothing in common. The bedroom was cold and single-glazed, with condensation on the windows in April, and peeling wallpaper. After we'd been waiting for over 10 minutes at an unmanned check-in desk, the one member of staff we found said "I'm bar, so I can't help you with check-in. You'll have to find someone else."
This is an old hotel with a lot of old fashioned charm. It is clean, warm and comfortable. The staff are pleasant, polite and helpful. It has a great location with Cromer pier right in front of it and it is a very short walk into town.
Nice Breakfast served by friendly staff. Location is superb.
The Hotel had scaffolding round it and we were not informed prior to stay. The hotel is very dated and is set up to accomodate coach tours. It was very expensive for what it is but on checking on the coach site it is very much cheaper for DBB that i paid for B&B. Parking is a problem as not many spaces but was aware of this. Wont be returning
Room was comfortable and spacious
No parking
The position of the hotel was great.....the food was nice.....we had a sea view too......the room was nice and warm
There seemed to a bitof a mix up at breakfast time but they git there in the end
