Location and accomodation

The steepness of the site might be an issue for those with mobility problems but there are disabled parking spaces and flat routes to many of the properties.

Good position

Private, quiet little house in a lovely location on the cliffs above Cromer. Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space and excellent facilities. Comfortable bed and lounge area with well-equipped kitchen. Lovely walks along the cliffs and down onto the beach. On site facilities looked excellent, although we couldn't explore all possibilities since we were only there for one night.

This does exactly what it says on the tin. We were there in the run up to Christmas so it was beautifully quiet. It might be less so in high season, but still a good and comfortable place to stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff, spacious room with well appointed kitchen. Comfy bed and great indoor pool.The in-house restaurant was also very good.

No cushions on the sofa bed, shower a bit weak.

Everything was great. Lovely accomodation, great area, price good great pool and restaurant with lovely food. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again

Only thing was the games room which was a little tired looking. No pool cues and only 3 badminton racquets and Only 1 table tennis ball usable.

Member of staff helped carry our suitcases from the car to the apartment.

Everything was fine. Weather was very hot. Air conditioning would be nice!

Clean and tidy. Lovely kitchen living room and bathroom.

The accommodation was really nice and clean. Fabulous kitchen and great bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and facilities there.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Sauna

Check in was exactly @ 4:00 Although some units were ready sooner.Access to the unit was blocked off and had to carry bags further than necessary.

I have never stayed somewhere and not come home thinking they could have had that, or this, or it needed that. But I could not fault this place one bit, they have definitely thought of every single thing that you would need whilst away from home.Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The grounds outside are also kept so neat and tidy.The staff were so helpful and pleasant, and the facilities they had for guests were great.Well done Cromer country club a definite 10 from me.

New development, taken care of territory, everything is clean except for the things that I will describe in the section below.

The bedding for the third person was left so dirty: with yellow stains and hair from previous people on the pillow and on the blanket... We discovered this very late at night and decided that our son will sleep with us. It was a terrible night as he kicked and turned. We had only three days, a short vacation, and it was half ruined because next day I was up so tired that it was so hard to do the activities we planned. The staff brought everything clean as soon as I asked but it does not change the fact that I was so tired after such a night. Cromer Club takes £100 deposit for the things that people could ruin. Question is: who will pay me from Cromer Club for half ruined vacation? I booked apartment for three, not for two; Cromer Country Club called me two weeks before arrival and clarified again how many people would be coming: I said three. And bedding was not ready for three. In fact, it was so dirty that I think it has not been washed for a couple of months. O, and we were at the pool at some point with no lifeguard present. There should be always a lifeguard watching over the pool when people are in the pool. O, and the restaurant: Not sure how many days in advance you have to book a place there. I just know that at noon I was told that everything was booked there already :) It is like: we have a restaurant but if you do not come on first come first booked basis, you will have to look for dinner somewher else :)And the £100 is held for a week. Dont forget to go check if it was returned to you: one more little thing "not to forget" to do after vacation :)

Don’t be like me! I thought I didn’t have a kettle…so I stayed that in a previous review. They called me to follow this up. I DID have a kettle…in fact I HAD A WHOLE KITCHEN!! which when I tried said door, it didn’t open so I just thought it was one of those “adjoining” doors!! ????Don’t be like me!!! ?? I wouldn’t mind, I’m a well travelled person!???)

I found all the staff exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful.The games room was fantastic with a variety of games to play. I loved it!

Two of the bedrooms door could not be opened fully due to the configuration of the rooms. That was a little awkward.
