Deluxe Glamping Pod with Hot Tub

Great location and lovely and clean

The only thing I could find fault on is for the price for one night it would be better with a later checkout time as can't pick the keys up until 2pm and checkout is at 10am the following day

The hot Tub was good & warm but the cabin had a funny smell, the cups were dirty & there was a-lot of limescale in the kettle, Also the decking area was really dusty & the TV Ariel never worked, I was told there was no spare when I tried to get another one. However, the pod cafe food and all the staff were nice. I personally thought it was expensive for what it is & it was not what I expected from the website.

Close to Delamere Forest which is great for walks. It was only a 15 minute walk into Frodsham where there's a few pubs, cafes and shops.

No bathroom in pod, only communal, which wasn’t too much of a problem as we were only staying for the one night, but would prefer to have one in pod if stay for longer!

We went for my partners birthday and got told we couldn’t use the bar as it’s been hired out but was never made aware of this during the month we had it booked so would recommend checking this if you’re planning on celebrating there. The beds had cobwebs which is expected camping but not in a pod for the price they’re asking for. There was a build up of soap below soap dispenser so the pod hasn’t had a deep clean for a good few weeks. The hot tub saved our stay, if we didn’t have that we probably would have travelled back home. You could get somewhere slot nicer for the same price.

The hot tub was nice. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe was good.

The wifi did not work the whole time despite reporting it to reception. Reception never answer the phone. The couch was falling apart. Nothing provided in hut except for 2 plastic cups, 2 mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses and tea and coffee. Overall it was ok but overpriced for the quality.

I liked how spacious the pod was. And hot tub was ready to go and nice and warm. Close to a lovely Chinese, shops on premises and a cafe. The beds are extremely comfy and cozy.

The internet doesn’t work so couldn’t use the tv or our phones as signal is terrible that cant be helped though. I didn’t like that it didn’t have a shower in the pods as stayed in a few with showers. The pods are very enclosed so you can see your neighbors and the pods are displayed properly so we had next door come through our pod to get to theirs. The fire wood can be brought for 4 for 4.50 in the entertainment shop about four minutes drive were they charge 4 for 12. Theirs not enough plug sockets in the pod we had to unplug the kettle. The kettle takes about ten years to make a cup of tea.

The property was perfect more spacious than I thought!

Needed cuttlery as there was nothing to use for snacks we had brought bowls plates not even a spoon other than that it was really nice

Nice location

Not very clean, was very dirty! Have got pictures for proof if needed! Previous guests toothpaste all over the tap on the sink, and underneath the wash basin. Mirror was filthy, splashed in what looked like toothpaste too! Cobwebs everywhere. The one in the lamp was horrendous. Not been cleaned in a long time! Had to take ‘clean towels’ back to reception for new ones as the ones we had had red blood stains all over them! Plastic glasses and cups were all filthy! Clearly had not been washed! The remote to the tele wasn’t working so had to walk to reception for new ones! All ash over the floor that hasn’t been cleaned up previous to our stay too from the log burner! The hot tub was also full of hair and grass! For what was supposed to be a nice night away it definitely wasn’t worth £190 for one night ?

Everything was fab. Lovely spacious cabin, relaxing hot tube and lovely BBQ. Really enjoyed my stay.

Gap in the fence. I like my privacy and little gate would be nice. I know that people don't really care and we are all there to enjoy ourselves but I still don't want anyone looking at me haha.

Lovely glamping pod with all amenities - the hot tub is an added bonus which makes the stay.

Deluxe pods are suited for families so sleeping arrangements are in the form of bunk beds. If I were to book again I would stay in another pod with just a double bed.

Lovely little get away! We had the best time. Loved the pod and the hot tub our boys had the best time thank you!The facilities around are also amazing.

We loved the stay, just a few things could make it a whole lot better , check in is 2pm, checkout is way too early at 10am, you don't even get a full 24 hours and for what you are paying it should be 11am at least, also the fridge smells strongly musky.

Room wasn't clean on arrival, however stff very friendly in rectifying the situation
