Location good but very disorganised.

Disorganised with poor facilities for bathroom and toilets.

Room is dated and needs complete refurbishment Shower room needs ripping out. Mould all around shower tray. Would not set foot in it. Sink which is in room and toilet need replacing. Carpet needs replacing Wasn't sure if Bedding had been replaced .

The location was good.

It is very tired & very dated. No soap in bathroom, drab decor, horrible bedding. It needs a major revamp.

Clean linen and towels friendly staff, decent room., comfortable bed

Noisy till 10 at night, couldnt get TV to work, noisy doors and creaky floors but for the price .

Great location, free on-street parking, lovely staff at check-in. We used our room literally to sleep in as we were attending an event at the Witham nearby, and it met our needs.

For the price, it's hard to complain. Decor is a little dated but didn't affect our stay.

We had a one night stay over the room was lovely, clean and the staff were really welcoming and helpful.

No breakfast ordered

Communal toilets are always dirty. Its seems noone follows up to clean. I stay here every week. The traces of feacal matter from previous week are still there on my return. I wish they could fix this. Its frustrating to say the least

The room was a little unclean, very dusty behind units, kettle was filthy we had to clean it down before use. Just a little more attention neededThe staff were incredible and extremely hospitable and we did like the place overall. We will return in the future.

Coffee and tea making facilities were limited lacking basic items such as cups, glasses, teaspoons.Bathroom facilities offered limited space and a filthy fan.

They do not do breakfast. It is a budget hotel, we got what we expected.

The bar was closed when we returned at 10.30. There were some noisy people staying, but the management can not be blamed for that.

Good location for an event nearby, staff helped us find taxis, bed was comfy.

Plug sockets didn't work at all (tried contacting staff but heard nothing back), communal bathrooms were in a poor state, curtain was broken in the bedroom, very minimal room/furnishings. Would not stay here again.

To be honest, I paid £50 for this and it was not worth the money. I would expect a full refund. The bin was not emptied. It still had the last occupiers beer cans in the carpet and big dirty black stains all over it hadn't been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting

The property was quite old and the room a bit dated. Having to pay extra for upgrade for toilet in room was odd.

No mention of shared facilities wasn’t shown these when shown room Window didn’t stay open so room really hot even with rad turned off This is a contractor s hotel and should be advertised as 1 I was up on business and needed a receipt which could not be done on site I was promised a email 1 which I haven’t received

Young staff, kind friendly hard working and did their job well.

Location is central and good parking

The one member of staff I met was helpful.

No milk to make a coffee, though this was sorted out very quickly and with no hassle. It was a very basic room and there were cigarette burns in the curtain. The room was very dated. £50 for one night Room Only. This was expensive for what it is. I would rate this as a £30-£35 room at most.

Room needed a good clean - window ledges black, shower room fan thick with dust, stained pillow case and towel.Dull main light and no bedside lights.High level windows on internal wall had no blinds, so light from emergency lights in corridor disturbed sleep.Inadequate tea and coffee making facilities - grubby cups, no teaspoons, no teabags, kettle on floor by tv (due to socket location).Inadequate hanging space for coats/clothes.
