Nothing really everything was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Burley Inn. Our room was cosy and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and approachable, and we enjoyed our food. Overall, we'll be back as I cannot fault our stay at all. It was nice to stay somewhere that genuinely felt like it was good value for your money.

Nothing to fault.

very good food and service

could have been a little warmer in bedroom

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was freshly cooked for us and there was a good choice. Servers were very friendly. We ate in the pub on both evenings and dinner was very nice and a good choice. The room was quite large and very comfortable with ample tea and coffee and nice quality bed linen and towels.

Prices of drinks a little high but we understand that this is probably the going rate in the area.

Lovely pub very helpful friendly staff good breakfast absolutely fantastic location

Nice pub in middle of New Forest. Large room and ample parking. Friendly staff. Food available on site, standard pub grub, but nice enough. One other evening option within walking distance.

Heating was at first too cold then overnight too hot. But sorted after a bit.

Bed was excellent. Staff were great.

TV and WiFi were very poor. Food was very average

Location is great lovely walks and pubs with really nice food. Breakfast was nice

Hotel room was a bit small and were alot of stairs to climb up for our room.

Good location with good parkingClean and cosy, friendly helpful staff

This hotel is the 'go to' venue in Burley and the wider area. All the staff are brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble. Open log fires, super food and perfectly kept real ales. The room was excellent value for money and we have enjoyed over 10 years of repeat visits. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable again.

There is nothing to be critical about. The hotel, bar and restaurant staff are a dedicated team of people delivering everything for their guests.

Ideal location for wedding at The Burley Manor. Fantastic breakfast. Free parking.

The en-suite was tired. Black mould in shower cubicle and wobbly bathroom shelf - toothbrushes fell on the floor.

The food, the staff and the dog.

Lovely warm atmosphere, friendly staff and good breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.

The venue itself felt very homely and the staff, particularly Brenda, were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was great and good value.
