- The location on the high street is perfect. Staff were all brilliant. Room was massive and had everything we needed.
Cons -
- Quite happy with everything. Room good size and comfortable bed.
- The bed went under the head board so some inches in length are lost and taller people may find their feet hang over more than expected.

Great location in the high street with free parkingWe have stayed here before and very happy with the hotel

Great location in centre of town, convenient parking, good food in restaurant and other places in Lymington.
Room was good size and comfortable. Bathroom clean.Full English breakfast very good
Decor of room was tired. The state of the paintwork on the door to the room was astonishingly bad. Poor first impression. Dinner was OK but pricey for what it was. Not much effort there.Breakfast service was incredibly slow from the kitchen. With just 2 of us in the dining room it took 25 minutes from order to service of two plates. But the full English was good.
Staff welcoming - room ok if quirky - breakfast extra but not overly priced.
We had a room at the front so it was a bit noisy - husband is deaf / hard of hearing the subtitles weren’t set up on the tv and I could not get them to work.
Lovely old hotel right in the heart of Lymington. Comfortable bed, not a buffet breakfast but good selection. Wonderful walks. Staff great!
Building a bit noisy which is hardly surprising, it’s pretty old!
Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, friendliest staff, great location
Awkward doors and stairs with buggies! The pub was quite loud until late in the evening ( we had a baby so couldn't enjoy the evening in the pub and had to try and go to bed! ) would be nice for breakfast to be included as there were some other accomodations that did include it for similar price but we wanted to stay in the high street
This hotel has super friendly staff, it has a really nice bar and restaurant area and my room was lovely.
The water pressure in my shower was hopeless and I couldn’t get anything more than a dribble. I also couldn’t get any Wi-Fi.
Staff excellent especially Ella the deputy manager was very helpful The breakfast was excellent and so was dinner. Great location.
The room was on the top floor which involved climbing 5 flights of steep stairs with no lift. We are in our late 70’s and should have been warned. Ella tried to change our room but there were none available. We managed but only just The room was tired and the carpet very worn. No instructions were in the room Having to wait 40 minutes for breakfast is too long. The hotel seemed short staffed.
Lovely rooms & pub
Shower was very weak
Friendly staff quaint quirky pub hotel lovely rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Good gluten free options for food and drink !
Location and the staff were AMAZING ! Staff were so warm, welcoming , helpful. A big thank you to Eddie, Courtney and the rest of the staff.
Nicely cooked breakfast but limited to one cooked course or continental. Should have been included for the price charged. Lovely big soft towels and comfy bed and linen! A delight to step out into the High st. The staff friendly and helpful.
We found it difficult to find the car park and so nearly missed out on a space. The air conditioning machine in the courtyard whirred loudly outside my room all night. Luckily I had earplugs or I don’t think I would have slept so well.
Nice traditional hotel in a great location
We were in the top room, which was quite a walk uðstairs.
Staff were excellent.
However, the cost of the single room (9) was not much less than the double rooms we had (3 and 6), but it was tiny in comparison. So I really think Room 9 should have been considerably less. Also, the bathroom in Room 15 smelt awful. Staff tried to rectify, but it didn't work
They didn't say a market would be setting up very early on Saturday morning. Which was a fantastic market , but would have asked for a room round back if I had known how early the noise would start
Didn’t have breakfast but location is great
Cheaper beer ?
All good - a little more expensive than I would normally pay for a room but all good Food was reasonable and staff pleasant
