Generally great location with lots of eateries.Seafront with parking facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness exceptional. The pool and jacuzzi are great .

The adjoining passage from the one hotel to the other had a damp smell.

There boilers need an overhaul as hot water takes 10 mins to get to you! This is far from good.

Despite wet weather we were so well looked after by the staff that it made our break very special. My husband is disabled and we needed some help with access, the staff went out of their way to be so helpful, they were outstanding.

Although the food was very good, it was quite expensive. The portions were excessive and too much to eat in one sitting.

The shower in the bathroom was not fixrd to the wall. So was very difficult. Apparently they don't have proper showers in budget rooms. So why did I pay £427 for 3 nights that's a £142 a night that's not budget rooms. And was never explained that there was no shower.

The staff were amazing! We have an autistic 5 year old, non verbal and the place was great as rooms were large and there was a pool she could stand in. Beach on our doorstep. We stayed in a family room which gave us ample space.

Whilst the hotel itself was excellent, and there were some lovely restaurants, the surrounding area could do with some investment.

Advertised sea view room but room given of street view. Bad odour in room. Staff was helpful and polite.

The food was excellent, the staff brilliant and helpful, the indoor pool and so near to the beach and pier.

A small fridge in the room would be nice, to keep water in, with the heat.

The liason of the hotel is fantastic, overlooking the beach and Clyde to ask amenities.

The staff were rude and unfriendly. The hotel needs a compete refurbishment. The corridors were narrow with carpet that looks like it has been there for 50 years and smells like it too. The same applies in the rooms. Who puts carpet in a bathroom?Smell of damp everywhere and old and dowdy decor. Not my cup of teaI dont mind nostalgia but wherever I stay has got to be clean and hygienic. I would not stay again much less to pay the rates that I did. Also, the way the advert is written it suggests ferry cost is free, it's NOT!!!!

I like the swimming pool it was good :)

I booked a stay expecting a seafront view, as clearly suggested by the listing title. The booking was made through your platform for £110.However, when we arrived, we were given a town-facing room. I raised this with the receptionist, but she said they weren’t responsible for bookings made via Booking.com. To get a seafront view the one I believed was included in the price I was asked to pay an extra £35.This felt quite misleading and disappointing.

I am a wheelchair user. There are stairs everywhere in the hotel. Even if I had got a fob to come in on a level floor there was still stairs to my room. Not equipped for the disabled at all.
