Great price for what it is. Room as advertised and was clean with lots of space. Staff very helpful especially with ferry booking. Good location, parking.

Bathroom was quite old fashioned but this is shown on pictures before booking, there was a shower in the bath but no shower curtain and have to hold the shower head yourself. Bed felt a bit small but for what it is, price and was as per advertised it was good.

The property was very clean. It’s a bit dated but nothing major.

Needs some update and very warm. I take itBecause of the carpet.

It was in a good location, easy access to the rest of the isle through bus. Managed to get on the island coaster all the way to the needles from here.It has a swimming pool as well that everyone can access and great lounge facilities and great views and the beach is fantastic.

WiFi and network connection in the area is really bad.

We had fantastic view from our rooms.Very comfortable. Directly on the seafront.Parking only 2 mins away. Pool was great.We loved our stay.

The hotel is a little worn, it would have been handy if our room was more accessible, we had 2 lots of stairs, with no lift.The restaurant was a bit pricey, it's nearly half the price to eat near by.

Sandown is a little like Beirut... very run down , derelict buildings and very little to do but we had a car and travelled the island

Whole.area needs a face-lift if they want tourism to survive

Everything thing was fabulous indoor pool was fantastic staff where helpful hotel was decorated lovely 10/10

Great spot lovely beech cafe few doors down from the hotel, hotel confusing as name on front of hotel is different to the hotel name on booking. Rooms really dated but for price ok.

The location- very close to the beach and other attractions. There is also indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Pleasant

Hotel name is different what's been published, It is called sandringham Hotel, took me sometime to find out. I had to drive through the street few times but couldn;t find the Regent Hotel. I eventualy walked into Sandrindham and they confirmed it is actually Regent :(

It was a great hotel great room good for for what we needed very big and spacious room. Had everything you needed.

but one of the room was poor quality and not well lighted at all . the bathroom was vey old it was room that slept 4 but the bathroom was very old

We liked the location of where the hotel was and the inside of the building was beautiful with some great architecture.

The staff were unapproachable and dismissive when we raised issues with our room. Our bathroom had no working lights and the room itself smellt of smoke for the duration of our stay - this was raised with the hotel multiple times during our stay but nothing was done at all.

The location was brilliant, and the staff was very friendly and attentive . The bed was very comfortable.

The colour of the bathroom suit so 80s ?

I just booked by mistake of issue of booking dot com amd after few minutes i call to booking.com or the hotel but they were pirates and dinner understand anything

Clean affordable. On the beach.

I booked a different property, but after I paid and wnt there the property was no longer available, it was closed 18 months ago, i was so disappointed, I was waiting more than 3 hours in the car.After 3 hours booking.com found me athis property, I paid more money to this property only for the room, not including breakfast.Room was not confort, and the toilets and bathroom were not cleaned, so I couldn't lock the toilet door, its stuk. I was with Booking.com for a long time, this is the first time happened like this

Good location, close to all amenities and on the sea front

Windows could do with an upgrade as room faced the high street so was a bit noisy at night but didn’t spoil our stay

Location was amazing. No problem parking.rooms were clean, a little dated but not a problem at all. Reception staff were very welcoming and very friendly. No problems with anything. Loved it.

I like the hotel and the facilities it has. Also the comfort of the beds. And I know some Rooms are better than others Also it is situated opposite the sea.

The room we had was on ground floor and cold. Also it was old fashioned and had mould on bathroom wall and bath. Also no shower curtain to protect the carpet getting wet.. Also not even a chair in the room.
