Lovely clean room and friendly staff. Great value for money and good food.

We only booked the stay couple weeks ahead for our anniversary and it was brilliant. Staff were super friendly and attentive, food in one of the restaurants was delicious and so was breakfast. Made use of the pool too (mind and book ahead) . I'd definitely come back and maybe stay a bit longer than just a night

Nothing. Even with the rainy weather everything was grand

staff are all incredible friendly and welcoming, food is amazing and location terrific. Also went for a massage which was goegous in their new updated spa. Swimming pool and sauna/steam room lovely. The hotel really do try and offer all they can.

The bed was unfortunately terribly uncomfortable and someone in the hotel (a guest) playing music until 3am! If this hadn't been the case would have been excellent. Obviously other guests not the hotel's fault.

Closeness to Aberfeldy

On check in they didn't have my name under booking had to find booking reference Room was not great fir executive cleaners Troon next door got woken at 8.30am our neighbours had TV on at 1.30am Green exit light above door on all night so not great for sleeping experience We were booked for 2 nights and only stayed one

Facilities on offer like the pool and sauna. Big room which was warm.Felt everything was there and no need to leave the site, allowed us to switch off.

Pillows were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel and surrounding area was beautiful. we really enjoyed the leisure facilities especially the steam room. The food served in the restaurant was very nice. Will return.

Although the hotel room was spotless and lovely at night time the room was too hot, so disruptive sleep. This would not deter us not return again in the future.

Nice location and vslue for money

Outside in the pouring rain waiting on my takeaway breakfast at 6.15 am and having to phone a night porter and it goes on to answer machine and no reply or any refund for the breakfast.normally they are quite efficient and it its there waiting for you.

The breakfast - meat eggs etc - is a little dated and needs to be improved. Add square sausage better sausages more tasty mushrooms.

Room 18. TV on normal reception kept breaking up corrupted images and sound. This needs to be fixed ASAP !!!

Location and ease of check in. The breakfast in the morning was really lovely and much better than I expected!

The TV in the room did not work so I had to fix that, also the plug in the bathroom was broken and the plug got stuck. I managed to get it out thankfully!

Second visit in around 4 months or so - lovely hotel in great location. Friendly staff and great food.

Location for our plans was amazing, accommodation was spotlessly clean with ample parking, spa facilities were wonderful and restaurant food and service was perfect.

Sofa bed was useless for sitting on. Mechanism had sunk into the base at an angle and was too uncomfortable to use. Glad that one member of the party prefers to sit on the floor or we’d have had to request a new sofa.

Love the hunting lodge feel. Room was a good size. Food was great.

We stayed in a lodge and it had everything we needed. Really liked the little touches of soap in the toilets, robes and the tea and coffee as well as dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, cloth and sponge for the kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The flat was much more spacious and comfortable than we had expected. We enjoyed the lovely views and the opportunity to go for long walks in the local area.

Breakfast was outstanding. For once vegetarians and vegans were catered for. Only thing missing was sourdough bread.
