    Pros +

    • Location and a great breakfast. Sitting by the fire in the tavern after a long day was also wonderful
    • Location of the property on the Causeway Coastal Route
    • If I could rate this 20/10 stars I would. I think the people who gave this place a bad rating do not understand the charm of northern ireland. This is a tavern, not a 5 star hotel. The beds were the most comfortable we slept in our whole trip, the breakfast was fantastic, the whiskey was as sharp as the conversation (and reasonably priced), and the staff were a hoot. Will definitely stay here again.

    Cons -

    • The property is in need of updating.
    • Food truck was so-so. No restaurant, just a food truck.
    • Hostess was kind, greeting us when we arrived late. Very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful! Towels and shower were great!

Super nice lady who ran it. Great bar downstairs, and really sweet dog.

Food truck was so-so. No restaurant, just a food truck.

Good chat with the owners in the bar and opportunity to meet a few locals

There was a smell from the shower - we told them about it.

Easily acceptable, after settling in was lovely to go have a pint and talk with owner who had many useful suggestions.

The owners were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Great vibe. Tasty breakfast. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

    Nothing!

    Location.

No charm. Service lackluster. Not much comfort. Bathroom sink and faucet(s) is terrible. Pedestal is 3 feet high and separate push button hot and cold faucets that require constant pushing to dispense water. A terrible plumbing choice.

    Breakfast outstanding, quiet, comfortable.

    Small bathroom, shower soap empty.

Breakfast was delicious, the bar and music great, the bedroom too warm.

A friendly place. The owner served as hostess and bartender. The pub, though open to the public, primarily served rooming guests. I stayed two nights and felt like family by the end. Excellent location for touring the area. Minutes from Bushmills, Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Ballintoy Harbour and more. Beautiful place, and perfect accommodations if stairs are not an issue. Historic building.

Proprietors Mark and Michaela went above and beyond for us after our car broke down assist’s with repairs. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are the embodiment of kindness. The saying everyone you meet is a friend you haven’t just met yet is true where these people are concerned. Place is well situated to all local attractions. The cats are a bonus Lucky, Foxy and Rambo add a little extra to the place. My daughter wants to move in and was having dreams of cats while we were there. Thank you for all of your kindness and we are already planning our next trip. Jayne & Ava

Easy to find and beds were comfy

The cooked breakfast was disgusting, mushrooms, bacon, hash brown, sausages were cooked in a deep fat fryer which had dirty old cooking oil! The taste was just beyond vile, we struggled to eat it, so settled for eating just the eggs on some toast! We noticed the establishment had a food hygiene rating of 5, which tells me she must know how to practice safe cooking preparation procedures, but failed to follow them!Somebody needs to check this out please!?!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, very nice. The Giant Causeway is close to this BnB. Probably be back with our friend next time

The breakfast was great with plenty of options. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Would be great if meals were served at night however the manager directed us to where we could find a good meal and suggested if we wanted a take away we were more than welcome to bring it back and enjoy it in the bar.
