The Kings Head Wroxham by Greene King Inns

The staff were exceptionally helpful with my mobility limitations and always friendly.. The breakfast was good and served efficiently. Free main course on introduction of new dnner menu.

The dinner menu out of some items I sought. It changed during the week (welcome) but lacked some items before the change. The new menu was more limited and since I have a gluten free diet the choice was even more limited.

Room was clean and well appointed. It was by a river-but was in the busy heart of a noisy ,bustling town-not a village. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful.

Hotel accommodation-a wing of a very busy, barn-like and tasteless'eating pub'.Pub decor-tasteless.Slogans like "My wife drove me to drink-I must remember to thank her" adorned walls.No proper reception/receptionist-Barstaff and a recess! too expensive

The room was quite and staff were great

Great location, room was large, comfy and clean. Breakfast was lovely and appreciated the staffs flexibility to serve lovely poached eggs on toast. Would highly recommend.

The stairs!..I have arthritis and the stairs were not for me, but nothing to do with the hotel!..

The hotel was so lovely, the place was clean tidy and the room was great

The bed was a bit hard for us but that’s a us thing not the hotels!

Location, friendly staff and great breakfast

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned on the Sunday. I assume we could have requested it when we returned late afternoon but did not want the hassle of having to sit elsewhere whist it was cleaned

Excellent location with parking , bar and food good value

Bathroom was slightly chilly

Brilliant breakfast, Staff were Welcoming and friendly, Bathroomn was great with excellent shower, Bed was a little small for 2, Will be staying again,

Lovely location, very clean and lovely attentive staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Only criticism was the bed and especially the pillows weren’t very comfy.

Ideally located and easy accessible parking. Staff were very friendly but rushed off their feet and deserved to be praised. They really needed more staff on a busy bank holiday like New Year’s Eve. Well done to all.

Manager and staff were really helpful and pleasant.Location was great food and service was excellent

We stayed here for one night 2 days and the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly could not do enough for you it was spotlessly clean we go Wroxham every year and will definitely only use this hotel thank you for making our stay perfect
