Breakfast was the highlight of our stay ... the breakfast venue was wide open and capacious. people were dispersed enough to keep it less crowded. Menu also had a good variety. Specially I loved the juice bar!

we arrived at 9:00 PM (that is late). The room we booked for was supposedly a big room fit for two adults and two kids, but we were first offered the 7th floor room with slanted roofs and the room was quite dull with a very small bathroom and cringy space. Then staff was nice enough to change the room for us and the other room had a good space, but it was a hassle to change a room at 9:00 PM when kids were so tired

Good mixed options for breakfast. Very clean. Bar efficient, even UK beer.

    Its central location.

The room was small and smelly. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was in the bathtub. The breakfast room was very noisy with children screaming and running around.

Location. But then, it is simply a small town - walking distance to all locations. Except for the ongoing tram track construction, it is also rather quiet.

Rooms could profit from some makeover.Bathroom was one of the tiniest I have ever encountered, rather uncomfortable.Breakfast is ok.Beware of the bikes, they are not well maintained (brakes).

Excellent buffet breakfast, rooms had windows that opened, comfortable beds. Norrköping is a lovely small city on the Motala river, the hotel even had bicycles to borrow to explore the city. Very helpful front desk staff!

    Location and breakfast were great

The two lifts were confusing and not well explained (i went up and town several times trying to find my room).. The lift was very difficult to use if you were trying to use the luggage trolley

The hotel itself was great however there were a number of things which led to a disappointing stay.

There is building work taking place outside of the hotel which I appreciate is not the hotels fault however it lead to a noisy wake up before 7 amThere is building work within the hotel which combined with outside also disturbed out stayThere had been a fire in the kitchen on the afternoon of our arrival which meant there was no hot food being served in the restaurant I appreciate this might have been a perfect storm of issues but it led to a very poor visit experience in what has the potential to be a great hotel

location, price and breakfast were good.

    8DawnPosted on: 8-24-2025

Choice was good, but two mornings following the hot water cyclinders were empty.

Some of the cups were badly stained from tea/coffee, needing deep cleaning. At the end of breakfast, one of the staff took away all the tools for picking up cheese, ham, tomatoes etc.. She then continued to cover all the dishes with clingfilm, but first she would use her hands without gloves on to level the hams, cheeses, tomatoes etc before putting them on a trolley. The fruit dishes were very hot making the yoghurt warm in the bowls when adding fruit, nuts etc/

The location is good and stuff are friendly.

There is lack of stuff for the breakfrist time, there were very few stuff to clean the table and refill the cups and glass for coffee and juice, and we had to ask and wait long time.

Excellent location and decent breakfast. Nice staff, comfortable bed.

I probably received the oldest/least up to date room in the hotel (top floor). Single rooms are usually somewhat neglected and this was also the case here. The bed was clean and new and the bathroom was refurbished, but the (small) room itself could use a bit of a touch up, such as the window and curtain. It was OK for what I needed but I just don’t understand why single-room occupants/rooms are always ”neglected”.

The location - very central, next to the river.

The room was unbelievably small. It was difficult to see how it could be designated as a double room, when there was barely room for a double bed and the bedside table could only be placed where you would normally get in or out of bed. There was only room for one suitcase and little room to put anything else. There were few sockets and three of these were unusable. Property currently barely accessible due to excavation of tram lines and surrounded by road closures.
